They are incredible, the photographer gets inside the wave and produces these gorgeous photos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.5in; "&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;Waimea Bay shore-break surfing pioneer, husband, and father of two, Clark Little has gained nationwide recognition for his photography with appearances on &lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;Good Morning America&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;Inside Edition&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;, and many local news stations across the U.S.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clark Little on Good Morning America (2009):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.5in; "&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;Voluntarily, Clark grabbed a camera, jumped in the water, and starting snapping away capturing the beauty and power of monstrous Hawaiian &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="il"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;waves&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt; from the inside out.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:medium;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;" Clark 's view" is a unique view of the ocean that most will only&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p style="margin-left: 0.5in; Now, I can't wait to do some Abs &amp;amp; Upper Body tonight! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Every step I take today, I feel the burn in my buns and thighs and I am feeling on top of the world. I spent Valentine's Day morning at my sisters (since I watched her kids the night before so she and her husband could go out on a nice date). This morning, her husband was so sweet and brought her roses and chocolates, which the kids delivered to her in bed. Then, we enjoyed heart-shaped pink pancakes... well, most of them resembled hearts... we tried! :) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;It was such a sweet morning. I then headed home and was greeted by my sweet husband with a loving card and a flower bead (flowers that will last forever) to add to my bracelet. Tonight, we're off on a lovely date... he won't tell me where we're going yet. I'm so excited!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;I'm so grateful for family and friends. I'm especially grateful for love. I love love. I love that we have a day where we can all celebrate that love, although hopefully we're doing that everyday of our lives anyway! The truth of the matter is that since I started doing Oxycise breathing, I have become more and more OBSESSED with the Oxycise breathing technique!!  I started your program back in Feb. of 2007, and am still going strong now, at the beginning of 2010!!  I must do maybe over 100 Oxycise breathing reps per da y and really and truly love it!!!  I am noticing so many changes in my body size and shape, and started noticing them back in 2007 when I first started your program. Motivation is DIFFICULT! But... yes, there is a but... it is vital to your success. So, what's the trick? How come it seems so easy for some people to stay fit, while the rest of us dwindle in their dust? Let me tell you a little secret... everyone feels that way. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No matter how long you've been living a healthy lifestyle, it is difficult to stay focused and motivated. Here are a few tips to help you light that fire and get going towards the life you want and deserve... without burning out! There's nothing new here, but sometimes we need to be reminded to renew and refresh our personal motivations. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) Set small attainable SPECIFIC goals - Setting goals and achieving them is one of best ways to motivate yourself. Setting goals gives you something to shoot for and when you start to make progress towards that goal, you start to see light at the end of the tunnel. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Reading your goals daily will keep you motivated as you visualize the end results. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to lose weight, become stronger, or just firm up –ALWAYS set a goal and go for it with 100% effort. Once you hit that goal, not only will it boost your confidence, but you’ll be even more motivated to continue pushing further. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing your success when you look in the mirror. So go ahead and check yourself out every once in a while. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You may even start out with a simple one week goal, "I will do Oxycise all 7 days this week for 15 minutes each day." I always love the beginning of a new year. I feel like I can start over and do/accomplish anything I want, become who I want to be, I can take on the world.
