Obsessed with Oxycise!

"I have not written to you in a long time, but I hope that you remember who I am. The truth of the matter is that since I started doing Oxycise breathing, I have become more and more OBSESSED with the Oxycise breathing technique!! I started your program back in Feb. of 2007, and am still going strong now, at the beginning of 2010!! I must do maybe over 100 Oxycise breathing reps per da y and really and truly love it!!! I am noticing so many changes in my body size and shape, and started noticing them back in 2007 when I first started your program. Jill knows what it's like to be fat. She was chubby as a child, hefty-size as a teen, very plump in her school teacher days and jumbo as a new mom.

I Was in Pain and Agony All of the Time!

My name is Elizabeth, and this is my story...


The reason that I love Oxycise! so much is that over 13 years ago I was in a car accident that left me with trauma to my muscles, tendons, ligaments, whip lash, and a ruptured disk in my lower back. I was in pain and agony all of the time.


I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. The doctor said that I had to do aerobics every day but I wasn't allowed to do sit-ups, so I tried just about everything that was out there.
