Hawaiian Waves

I was shown these beautiful photos of waves, and I can't help but pass them on! They are incredible, the photographer gets inside the wave and produces these gorgeous photos.

Waimea Bay shore-break surfing pioneer, husband, and father of two, Clark Little has gained nationwide recognition for his photography with appearances on Good Morning America, Inside Edition, and many local news stations across the U.S.

Clark Little on Good Morning America (2009):

It all started in 2007 when Clark 's wife wanted a nice piece of art to decorate a wall.

Voluntarily, Clark grabbed a camera, jumped in the water, and starting snapping away capturing the beauty and power of monstrous Hawaiian waves from the inside out.

" Clark 's view" is a unique view of the ocean that most will only

be able to experience safely on land while studying one of Clark 's photos.

Now with a camera upgrade and an itch to get that better shot, Clark has taken this on full time and has moved his office from land, to the inside of a barrel.

Since the recent stir of Clark 's work, his images have been run on the Today Show, ABC World News Now,Nature's Best Photography, Paris Match (France), La Vie(France), Hana Hou(Hawaiian Airlines) magazine, Surfermagazine, Surfer's Journal as well as multiple publishers and newspapers in the U.S. and overseas.

These incredible images of waves in the Hawaiian Islands were taken by Clark Little, the number one photographer of surf.

He captures magical moments inside the tube as surfers say.

These photos have a feeling of peacefulness to them.

I would love to frame one on my wall.

What do you think?

Love it or Leave it?

How to Shift Your Body into Metabolic Overdrive!

Shift Your body into metabolic overdrive with this simple breathing exercise

It might seem silly to relearn how to breathe, but the following breathing pattern helped study subjects

burn 140 percent more calories

than riding a stationary bike!

"We now know that breathing, like aerobics, is a true fat-burning exercise," says nutritionist Marc David. "If you want to lose more weight, you have to take in more oxygen!"

The proven strategy: 15 minutes of breathing exercises daily. (These can be done in 5-minute sessions.) This technique, called Oxycise, can be performed in any position, as long as you focus on your breathing the entire time.

Step 1 - Inhale
Breathe in fully and quickly through your nose, relaxing your stomach and face so you can take in as much air as possible.

Step 2 - Lift
While holding your breath, tighten your abdominal muscles to pull in and lift your belly. (Placing your hands on your tummy can help guide you.)

Step 3 - Tilt and Squeeze
Tilt your pelvic area in and up. (Your shoulders should be slightly rounded.) Squeeze and lift up your buttocks ever so lightly.

Step 4 - Exhale
Breathe out with resistance (as if blowing through a straw). Keep your head up and your shoulders relaxed, but do not relax your butt and belly until you've finished exhaling.

That's it! Once you master this breathing technique

you are well on the way to a healthier and more fit you!

It Does Your Heart Good!

Oxycise! - It Does Your Heart Good!

It always does our hearts good to hear how Oxycise! is helping so many people make positive changes in their lives. And based on reports we have received, Oxycise! may do YOUR heart good too!

(If you have a heart condition please get your doctor's OK before beginning any exercise program, including Oxycise!)

"...the benefits of Oxycise! continue to show. We had a family reunion in the Rockies of Colorado. We camped in tents for 5 days. I walked up and down hills all the time. In fact every time I went to the restroom and I had to walk up a hill. Anyway, my husband who jogs whenever the weather permits got more winded than I did in the altitude. I was amazed at my endurance. My heart, (I don't know if you remember, I have atrial fibrillation) did great. Not one single episode. I attribute this to Oxycise! and of course ultimately to God whom I know led me to the Oxycise! program when I so desperately needed something."

Buns & Thighs II

I hate to admit this.

Even though I am one of the biggest advocates of daily exercise and a healthy lifestyle... the last few weeks I fell into my busy lifestyle and skipped my daily O! workouts.

It always starts out being too busy just ONE day, then it turns into a WEEK... and slowly, I come to realize that I don't recall the last time I popped in an Oxycise DVD and exercised.

I started feeling ashamed, how can I motivate other people to exercise if I can't even keep it up myself?
Last night, I buckled down. Right at 5:00, before I started dinner, I took 15-20 minutes to do my O!...

and O! did it feel good!!!

I did the Oxycise! Buns & Thighs 2.

My BUNS are BURNIN'!

I forgot what a great rear-end lifter those exercises were. Now, I can't wait to do some Abs & Upper Body tonight!

Every step I take today, I feel the burn in my buns and thighs and I am feeling on top of the world. I'm back to my old exercise routine... all it takes is ONE day to commit and soon, you won't remember what it's like to NOT exercise.

Tomorrow, if you see me, I'll be walking down the street with a smile on my face because my arms will be sore from the Abs & Upper Body workout.

I don't think anything can compare to that day-after feeling of knowing you did something good for your body... and you just feel GREAT!

Age Is Only a Number

"Age is only a number. I'm really doing great - Abs and Upper Body - still a killer, but every day I get to stretch a little more... in the very beginning of Oxycise! I could never do quad stretch - now - no problem. So tell all your clients - just keep at it."

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope you are all having the most wonderful Valentine's Day! I spent Valentine's Day morning at my sisters (since I watched her kids the night before so she and her husband could go out on a nice date). This morning, her husband was so sweet and brought her roses and chocolates, which the kids delivered to her in bed. Then, we enjoyed heart-shaped pink pancakes... well, most of them resembled hearts... we tried! :)

It was such a sweet morning. I then headed home and was greeted by my sweet husband with a loving card and a flower bead (flowers that will last forever) to add to my bracelet. Tonight, we're off on a lovely date... he won't tell me where we're going yet. I'm so excited!

I'm so grateful for family and friends. I'm especially grateful for love. I love love. I love that we have a day where we can all celebrate that love, although hopefully we're doing that everyday of our lives anyway! It's always nice to have an especially great day where love, the greatest gift, is celebrated.
I hope all of you are having wonderful Valentine's and that you showed someone else today just how much you love them.
