It Does Your Heart Good!

Oxycise! - It Does Your Heart Good!

It always does our hearts good to hear how Oxycise! is helping so many people make positive changes in their lives. And based on reports we have received, Oxycise! may do YOUR heart good too!

(If you have a heart condition please get your doctor's OK before beginning any exercise program, including Oxycise!)

"...the benefits of Oxycise! continue to show. We had a family reunion in the Rockies of Colorado. We camped in tents for 5 days. I walked up and down hills all the time. In fact every time I went to the restroom and I had to walk up a hill. Anyway, my husband who jogs whenever the weather permits got more winded than I did in the altitude. I was amazed at my endurance. My heart, (I don't know if you remember, I have atrial fibrillation) did great. Not one single episode. I attribute this to Oxycise! and of course ultimately to God whom I know led me to the Oxycise! program when I so desperately needed something."

Buns & Thighs II

I hate to admit this.

Even though I am one of the biggest advocates of daily exercise and a healthy lifestyle... the last few weeks I fell into my busy lifestyle and skipped my daily O! workouts.

It always starts out being too busy just ONE day, then it turns into a WEEK... and slowly, I come to realize that I don't recall the last time I popped in an Oxycise DVD and exercised.

I started feeling ashamed, how can I motivate other people to exercise if I can't even keep it up myself?
Last night, I buckled down. Right at 5:00, before I started dinner, I took 15-20 minutes to do my O!...

and O! did it feel good!!!

I did the Oxycise! Buns & Thighs 2.

My BUNS are BURNIN'!

I forgot what a great rear-end lifter those exercises were. Now, I can't wait to do some Abs & Upper Body tonight!

Every step I take today, I feel the burn in my buns and thighs and I am feeling on top of the world. I'm back to my old exercise routine... all it takes is ONE day to commit and soon, you won't remember what it's like to NOT exercise.

Tomorrow, if you see me, I'll be walking down the street with a smile on my face because my arms will be sore from the Abs & Upper Body workout.

I don't think anything can compare to that day-after feeling of knowing you did something good for your body... and you just feel GREAT!

Age Is Only a Number

"Age is only a number. I'm really doing great - Abs and Upper Body - still a killer, but every day I get to stretch a little more... in the very beginning of Oxycise! I could never do quad stretch - now - no problem. So tell all your clients - just keep at it."

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope you are all having the most wonderful Valentine's Day! I spent Valentine's Day morning at my sisters (since I watched her kids the night before so she and her husband could go out on a nice date). This morning, her husband was so sweet and brought her roses and chocolates, which the kids delivered to her in bed. Then, we enjoyed heart-shaped pink pancakes... well, most of them resembled hearts... we tried! :)

It was such a sweet morning. I then headed home and was greeted by my sweet husband with a loving card and a flower bead (flowers that will last forever) to add to my bracelet. Tonight, we're off on a lovely date... he won't tell me where we're going yet. I'm so excited!

I'm so grateful for family and friends. I'm especially grateful for love. I love love. I love that we have a day where we can all celebrate that love, although hopefully we're doing that everyday of our lives anyway! It's always nice to have an especially great day where love, the greatest gift, is celebrated.
I hope all of you are having wonderful Valentine's and that you showed someone else today just how much you love them.

The Number One Worst Food in America

According to Men's Health Magazine...

What would you guess is the worst food you could order while out to eat (we all know the worst food could not possibly come from your kitchen)?

If you guessed...

Outback Steakhouse Aussie Cheese Fries with Ranch Dressing

then you would be correct!

Some quick facts about this deliciously tantalizing appetizer:
2900 calories

182 g fat

240 g carbs

Wait, but what if it's an appetizer for our small group of girlfriends? Well... do the math... how many are you with? Let's say there are 4 cute ladies sitting down to great night out. In just this one snack, you have already had more than 1/3rd of your daily allowance (for women... and it still doesn't look pretty for men, either).
What are you planning on eating after this? A plate full of strawberries, grapes, and celery? Or are you thinking a steak, sides, and maybe even top it off with a dessert?

You have officially eaten MORE than the amount of calories you should have in
ONE day, in ONE meal!

How does your stomach feel now? Your body is working hard to digest and send the nutrients to the right places... but it's swamped... you have now forced your body to send more into the fat storage. It can't take it anymore!
Tip from Men's Health: Start your meal with a protein-based dish that's not deep-fried. A high-protein starter helps diminish hunger without putting you into calorie overload. WOMEN: we do not need as much food as men... so let's not eat like we do!

Obsessed with Oxycise!

"I have not written to you in a long time, but I hope that you remember who I am. The truth of the matter is that since I started doing Oxycise breathing, I have become more and more OBSESSED with the Oxycise breathing technique!! I started your program back in Feb. of 2007, and am still going strong now, at the beginning of 2010!! I must do maybe over 100 Oxycise breathing reps per da y and really and truly love it!!! I am noticing so many changes in my body size and shape, and started noticing them back in 2007 when I first started your program. Your breathing technique is totally magnificent--that's all I can say!!! I will never stop using it on a daily basis. I will most certainly use it for the rest of my life, and I will continue doing at least 100 reps per day, hopefully for the next 30 years. I am 58 years old, and I am confident that I will live to at least 89 years of age, if not longer than that!!!

"I am having so much success with the Oxycise program that I cannot believe it, and I started it maybe 4 or 5 years after my menopause started, too. A number of doctors I had seen over the years and also Dr. Mom had always told me that after menopause, if my weight changed at all, it would increase as a result of hormonal changes brought on by the 'change of life'. Boy, were they ever wrong!!! I only weigh myself maybe once every six months or once a year, but I can definitely tell that I have lost a ton of weight already!!!

"Please feel free to use my words as part of your advertising on your web site and in your newsletter!! Thank you so much for the help you have given me and will continue giving me for the rest of my life via your wonderfully effective and fun Oxycise program!!! I truly love it, and I
thank God for Jill Johnson and the rest of you who work for the Oxycise organization!!! Much love to all of you, and please have a most happy, healthy, and prosperous 2010!!!

"Thank you so much for having provided me with such a wonderful, healthful and life giving and enhancing OBSESSION!!!!! I don't know where I would be today if I had not discovered Oxycise!!!"

Love always,

Pat

Inspirational Christmas Messages

Christmas is the time to spread the message of love, harmony and peace. Of course it is a time to get showered with gifts and wishes, but in the midst of all the commercialism, we should not forget the real spirit of the Christmas. Here are some of the best inspirational messages from known and unknown authors that remind us that Christmas is not only about fun and gifts, but of love and generosity.

"He who has not Christmas in his heart will never find it under a tree."
Roy L. Smith

"Gifts of time and love are surely the basic ingredients of a truly merry Christmas."
Peg Bracken

"Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas."
Calvin Coolidge

"I truly believe that if we keep telling the Christmas story, singing the Christmas songs, and living the Christmas spirit, we can bring joy and happiness and peace to this world."
Norman Vincent Peale

"Christmas is a necessity. There has to be at least one day of the year to remind us that we're here for something else besides ourselves."
Eric Sevareid

"The only real blind person at Christmas-time is he who has no Christmas in his heart."
Helen Keller

"Christmas is the season for kindling the fire of hospitality in the hall, the genial flame of charity in the heart."
Washington Irving

"There is no name so sweet on earth, no name so sweet in Heaven,
The name, before His wondrous birth, to Christ the Savior given."
George W. Bethune

"The best of all gifts around any Christmas tree: the presence of a happy family all wrapped up in each other."
Burton Hillis

"Best of all, Christmas means a spirit of love, a time when the love of God and the love of our fellow men should prevail over all hatred and bitterness, a time when our thoughts and deeds and the spirit of our lives manifest the presence of God."
George F. McDougall

"Christmas is not in tinsel and lights and outward show. The secret lies in an inner glow. It's lighting a fire inside the heart. Good will and joy a vital part. It's higher thought and a greater plan. It's glorious dream in the soul of man."
Peterson, The Art of Living

"My idea of Christmas, whether old-fashioned or modern, is very simple: loving others. Come to think of it, why do we have to wait for Christmas to do that?"
Bob Hope

"What is Christmas? It is tenderness for the past, courage for the present, hope for the future. It is a fervent wish that every cup may overflow with blessings rich and eternal, and that every path may lead to peace."
Agnes M. Pharo
