I did the level 1
workout & 8 extra positions yesterday, really concentrating on my legs
(those overalls will fit like I want them to yet!) I also got in an
extra liter making for 5 liters of water!!! (YAY!!!!) I rarely drink
anything else these days. Boy, I've been checking out my arms lately &
they're looking pretty buff these days! I have to admit I'm really
surprised & very happy with O! & I'm
not sure I will do Body Flex
anymore at all; every day I say "Wow! What a great workout; that was
fun!" I didn't realize I said that every day until this morning when my
son told me "Mama, you say that every time you do your
Oxycise!" Usually I bag out on
exercise after about a month of doing it
regularly, but now I'm entering my second month of regular exercise &
I'm not slowing down so far! I like the way I feel & I LOVE the way I'm
looking. Plus, now I've found a support group & it makes things a lot easier; the daily challenges even keeps things interesting & fun!
Thanks to all of you for being here! :)

I've lost 7 pounds
and about 15 inches with Oxycise! 11
of those inches came off last week alone! That was amazing!! Your
program is so wonderful Jill! I have tried Body Flex and hated it. I was
in so much pain from the positions and the breathing that I thought I
would die. I'm glad I took the chance and ordered your program. Your
program is so different and 100% better than
Body Flex. I have nothing against Greer Childers except I've
wondered if Body Flex really worked
for her at all. I know she plugged the Health Rider a few years back and
said that it was what got her in shape. Who Knows! All I know is that
your program is the real thing and I want to thank you for developing
it!
Thank you!
Sara
Over the years I have tried many other programs with very little
long-term success, some with no success--if I lost weight, it came back
with a few extra pounds. In fact, when I told one of my sisters that I
was starting Oxycise! she said, "It's just another flavour of the month.
You've tried the Jane Fonda workout, aerobics, the stepper,
Body Flex,
etc., and now this. Well, let me know if it works." Well, IT DOES! I am
amazed at how simple it really is and how little effort and time it
takes. It's hard to believe something this easy works! This is something
I KNOW I can stick with!

I already had
Body Flex, but I wouldn't do it
hardly ever because of the noise and positions.

I love the
Oxycise program. I have been on it a
week and will measure tomorrow to see my results. I find it much easier
than the Body Flex program. On the
Body Flex program I found my self
coughing through the whole thing.

I used
Body Flex for about one year and
lost 12 pounds and three inches off my waist. No matter how diligent I
was I couldn't lose any more inches in my lower abs. I started
Oxycise
about three weeks ago and lost the last stubborn weight and inches I
wanted to lose. I feel energized and really toned. Thank you so much for
a great system!

I'm so caught up in
the perils of entertaining three children that I'm always short on time.
That's one of the main reasons why I'm so grateful for
Oxycise. I never have to use lack of
time as an excuse for not getting in a workout. Fifteen minutes can
always be found to Oxycise, no
matter what else is going on.
I first heard about Oxycise on QVC.
I was already doing Body Flex, but
wasn't seeing the results I had hoped for and also it was aggravating my
back problems. I thought the price was certainly reasonable so I
ordered. What a wise move on my part. My results were almost immediate.
I was losing inches before I was even doing all thirty postions. It took
me a full month to perfect Oxycise,
but I stuck with it and it has rewarded me for my perseverance. Within
seven weeks I reached my goal. I can now wear a bathing suit to our swim
club and not feel like someone who just had a baby last June. I look and
feel pretty darn good for being the mother of three children. Thanks to
Jill, and to Oxycise.
I am back to being a
size 5/6 after gaining 70lbs. during all three of my pregnancies. I did
no other form of exercise while using Oxycise
those seven weeks, just so I could be sure
Oxycise was what deserved the credit
for my success. It is!!!

I have been using
Oxycise! for one week, and I have
lost 3 1/2" and 4 pounds - with little effort. I am going to incorporate
the Oxycleanse and your healthy eating style this week and see what
happens. I am really excited about this product. I was using
Body Flex, with fairly good results,
but this is so much easier and fun to do. Plus I was at a plateau with
Body Flex for over a month and
Oxycise! helped me to break out of
my plateau.
Thanks again for such a wonderful product and terrific support system.

I discovered the
Oxycise program on QVC and was
skeptical as many people seem to be at first. I had done
Body Flexing and have nothing bad to
say about that program. I just found Oxycise
fit my schedule much better. It took me a while to catch on to the
breathing, that college degree didn't help! But in all seriousness, I
feel wonderful. I have lost 6 inches in my waist and 14 inches in all. I
still have a long way to go but have gone from an 18 to a 16. Thank you
once again for making this an enjoyable journey toward better health.

I found out about
Oxycise! a few weeks ago. I was in
the grocery store checkout and noticed an issue of Woman's World with a
cover story about breathing away the pounds. I bought the issue, checked
out the article and remembered my Body Flex
tapes I bought several years ago. I got them out again and the breathing
really energized me, but the positions were painful. I found the
Oxycise! website, read the Success
Stories and ordered the Level 1 material. I got my
Oxycise! tapes yesterday. I watched and practiced the
Basic Breath over and over. I have not done the 15 minute workout yet,
but just going along with the Instructional tape made a difference. I
have had slightly bad posture all my life, and after working with the
video, I realized that I was standing up straight without consciously
trying. I was able to get up this morning without hitting the snooze and
have been doing a rep or two throughout the day to keep me energized. I
am also sitting up straighter in my chair at my desk.
I have been gaining weight slowly over the last few years. I seem to
gain about 20 lbs at a time and then maintain for long time. Right now,
I'm at 210 pounds. I am thankful that I am tall (5'10"), but being this
heavy, I feel about 6 inches shorter than I am. I have always had
trouble finding pants that fit right because of my height, but with the
added bulk around my hips, I lose a couple inches in length even in the
tall sizes. I hate the way I feel and look (stretch marks are soooo
grotesque!!). I pray that this program is what I have been looking for.
I am so glad I didn't buy a treadmill! I will keep you posted with my
measurements as I go along. I really appreciate this website. I will be
using it for encouragement along the way. Thank You!

I just received
the Oxycise videos and I am so
thrilled. I took a chance on ordering them because I had done another
program (Body Flex) on and off for
2 years without any results other than feeling better. I have an apple
shape, have had a C-section, and other surgery, so my abdomen is really
a problem. I even have a hard time buying clothes because of extra
weight in my lower torso.
Here are my results after only 4 days! (I actually only did
Oxycise! on 3 out of the 4 days.)
lost 8 lbs.
4" lower abs
2" waist
2" hips
2" rib cage
0 thigh
I couldn't be more excited. Oxycise
is a workout, but I don't feel like I'm stressing myself. No one can pay
me to take my tapes away. I will be doing this for the rest of my life.
Becky Culala, Amarillo, TX
I had been on
Body Flex for 4 weeks doing it twice
a day for about three weeks and I saw no results, only one inch in my
thighs. I was upset. ... I found this website and thought ok I'll give
this a try.
Well I got it last Friday and studied the program on Saturday and
started doing Oxycise! on Sunday.
Today is Wednesday and I had to measure just to see if it was
working.....here are the results:
4 inches off my chest,
1 off my waist
4 off my hips
and 2 on each thigh!!!!
That's a total of 11 inches in 4 days.
Monika
I am a size 4 (5"6",
105"), so I'm pretty thin. I've been using
Oxycise for 4 weeks and have tried
Body Flex before too. I like them both, but
Oxycise is definitely my favorite. I
just bought new jeans yesterday, and they're a size 2, so even if you
don't have weight to lose (and I know that I don't!) then you'll still
see a tightening and defining of muscles which will make you appear
smaller although you might not lose weight. My size 4's are really baggy
on me now. Keep breathing, and you'll get there!
Debbie
I just recieved
my tapes and I just want you to know that I love them. I used to faithly
do aerobics 6-7 days a week. I also dabbled in weight training. When I
went back to work full time this all diminished gradually.
I want you to know that I also ordered the Body
Flex System. Even though it has more glitz the
Oxycise program by far has had more
research and thought put into the workout. Her workout is too easy and
doesn't feel like it's working much. I could really feel
Oxycise!!
I know that I will buy the second level after I have accomplished the
first. Jill is wonderful, really down to earth. I love her gentle but
effective approach.
Thanks for everything.
Sherry Rogers
I had been doing
Body Flex for two weeks, and now
have done two weeks of Oxycise.
I didn't take my body measurements when I first began either program.
Basically I don't have a lot of inches or weight to lose; I just wanted
to tone up and feel better and maybe get rid of some cellulite if that's
possible. (Also, I'm going to my 30-year high school reunion in July and
it would be nice to be looking good if you know what I mean!) Both
programs offer the flexibility to do them when you are traveling and can
be done in any room so they are convenient. You don't get all sweaty and
exhausted from doing either routine. I actually look forward to doing
the Oxycise workout and so I don't
postpone it or dread it. Always I feel energized after doing the
exercises...it's not a depleting type of workout...it sort of "restores"
you physically and emotionally.
I was enthusiastic about the Body Flex
program when I began it. But now that I have been doing
Oxycise for a couple weeks, I honestly
feel it is far superior. It is remarkably simple and certainly easy
enough for anyone to master if they focus on it. I wouldn't go so far as
to say it is easier than Body Flex
because I thought that program was very easy (kind of gross though to
watch since you give this guttural sounding exhale that Gabriella and
David couldn't stand to watch and listen to!!). The only sort of goofy
position you get into with Body Flex
is a modified pretzel type of position but I am familiar enough with
yoga to be comfortable with that. But Body Flex
seemed almost "too easy" for me and I didn't really feel I was getting a
complete workout. I just feel that I am doing a more complete,
well-thought-out workout with Oxycise.
For the first 3 or 4 days I had to really focus and concentrate on the
breathing to do it properly and I felt that it took a certain amount of
coordination to do it properly. So in that way, I think there is a
little more investment of energy or a greater initial start-up time to
the Oxycise program. But I think
there is a better payoff with the results and what you are doing for
your body. I feel totally relaxed when I am done with the workout.
The benefits that I have noticed so far are:
* An improvement in
my posture. I've never had very good posture and now I see a definite
improvement without any concentration on my part. I think that my
abdominal muscles have strengthened so I just naturally sit up
straighter and walk with a better posture.
* I'm actually beginning to see a little "definition" in my midriff
area; I've never been overweight in this area, but I am looking better
there...more toned and the muscles look stronger.
* My period actually "sneaked up on me" a few days ago; I don't keep any
calendar for that because my PMS symptoms always give me plenty of
notice when my period is coming. This month I didn't have any of that
bloated or tired out feeling I usually get.
* My butt feels firmer and I'm wearing jeans I couldn't fit into a month
ago. I do the workout once or twice a day, and even fit a few reps in
when I'm driving around town. Although I only intended to do
Oxycise! once each day, my daughter,
Gabriella, has asked me to do it with her a few times in the evenings.
She doesn't do it perfectly, but I think she is getting some benefit out
of it. She thought it might improve her breathing for both playing
hockey and for playing her trumpet.
Other general impressions I have about the program:
* I like Jill Johnson much better than the woman that does the
Body Flex video. At first I noticed
that Jill seems to stumble a bit over words, but then I felt that worked
for her rather than against her because she seems like a "real person."
She just seems friendlier, more approachable, more believable and less
plastic than the "aging Barbie doll" type they have in the
Body Flex program. Jill's friendly,
approachable personality should transfer well to her interactions with
people on her website. * The "Oxycise"
name is far superior to "Body Flex."
"Oxycise" is easy to remember,
unique and it says exactly what it does so I think it's a great choice.
* Gabriella and I adore that woman who does a testimonial on the workout
tape. She comes on right after you finish "Oxycizing"
(just prior to Jill's going over each position in greater detail). The
woman talks about the natural high she gets on the days that she has
consistently done Oxycise; then she
goes on to say that to breathe in the air it's just "yummy!" Gabriella
and I go around the house, taking a deep breath and exclaiming, "It's
just yummy!!" We aren't making fun of her...we really, really like her!!

After doing the
Body Flex and getting no results, I
tried to contact the individual that does the program with no luck. I
called the 1-800 number and got someone on the phone that was although
kind they couldn't answer my questions. I have always gotten a response
from you or your staff in the few brief times I've asked for one.
I have only been using Oxycise for a
week and although I don't lose weight or inches easily, due to
hypothyroidism I gave your program a try this week. I am to say the
least very impressed. The toning I receive with this program is
wonderful and the great feeling I get afterwards is worth it. I am an RN
who works night shift and does alot of commuting from my home to work
(three hours) while I am away from home I've taken this program with me
and used it at work during my break time and after I get up from
sleeping during the day (and in the car YUREEKA!) I actually feel that I
am doing something right.
Although the inches aren't really coming off yet, I know they will, I am
determined to stick with this, and I can't say that about a lot of
programs I've tried, and I've tried a few. I also have high intraocular
pressure which has risen up and down since I was 20 and I have to be
careful with any type of exercising I do. (That was another reason I had
to abandon the Body Flex). I feel so
good when I finish this program that I had to go over the tapes again to
see if I could do it again, and you know what? It got easier and yes I
still felt great.
...Also, by the way
my intraocular pressure went down to normal range this week. I've had to
modify the positions a little bit to ease the strain but I feel
wonderful despite the modifications. I'm ready for Level Two!
