5 Personal training sessions $60/session retail
You will receive 5 one-on-one phone sessions with a certified Oxycise! personal trainer. You and your trainer will focus solely on learning the Oxycise! techniques that will guide you to weight loss and better health. During each 45-minute session you will work step by step to master the Oxycise! basic breath and positions.Each session will also include working out, learning tips and gaining the tools necessary for success.

You will begin your road to success by setting goals, learning basic techniques, and getting motivated!

Reach for Success DVD $14.95 retail
This DVD is filled with tips, expert advice, encouragement, and facts about your health that you won't find anywhere else.

Reach for Success Manual $8.95 retail
This guide will keep you on track! It includes pictures and explanations of positions, weight loss advice, charts, and encouraging quotes.

Chart your Success $12.95 retail
You will love tracking all of the weight and inches you lose in this book.

Tape Measure $0.95 retail

• Who are the Oxycise! Personal Trainers?

All of our personal trainers receive training in weight loss and health. Each personal trainer must meet the Oxycise! standards and requirements before being paired with a client. Each trainer is equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide clients in Oxycise! breathing techniques, isometric workouts, and establishing a non-complicated healthy diet.

Aubrey

Aubrey is Director of Personal Training at Oxycise! International, Inc. A daughter of Oxycise! creator and founder, Jill Johnson, Aubrey has been an integral part of the personal training program. An energetic and vibrant educator, she not only teaches techniques, but motivates and coaches people to make life changes and take control of their personal health and weight loss.

Mette

Mette has been on the forefront in the creation of the Personal Training Program at Oxycise!. She is a daughter of Oxyise! creator and founder, Jill Johnson. With 8 years of coaching men and women in the Oxycise! techniques, she is a devoted and dynamic trainer. She leads clients to success through setting their mind and body focusing on the same goal.

Maren

Maren is an influential and passionate trainer. She has been a teacher for years and as a daughter of Oxycise! creator and founder, Jill Johnson, she is a lifetime Oxyciser. She has taken over as the new web designer for Oxycise! and is a zealous leader and motivator.

• How do I get started?

1. CLICK HERE to sign up for personal training right now.

2. You will receive an email from Oxycise! with a link to fill out a personal information sheet. Instructions will be included in the email. You will enter information about yourself as well as select the hours during which you would like to receive your personal training phone call.

3. You will receive your packet and products in the mail.

4. You will receive a confirmation email telling you what time to expect a call.

5. Your personal trainer will call you and you will begin your road to success!



• Policies

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your training session in order to avoid being charged for your session. Failure to cancel within this time frame or failure to be present for a session will result in the client being charged for the session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please e-mail kirstine@oxycise.com and cc your personal trainer. We will get back to you with confirmation of the rescheduled date and time.

We retain the right to cancel a session if necessary.

Expiration Dates on Packages

Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.

1 session: 1 month from the date of purchase
5 sessions: 3 months from the date of purchase

Refund Policy

Oxycise strives to provide the best possible service to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we will be happy to issue you a refund for services not performed. If you have paid for a package in full, you will be refunded for unused sessions and services.
