I just started the new Level 1 DVD led by Aubrey Lee. I love it! The fact that sheís been doing Oxycise since she was 14 definitely shows Ė sheís a natural instructor! She sets a fast pace, but it's just what I need because trying to do the positions on my own from learning them off the VHS tapes years ago was not working. It was taking me half an hour to do what should take only 15 to 18 minutes! Donít get me wrong, I was seeing some benefits because the breathing technique itself is effective, but this is a whole new ballgame! I would encourage people just starting out to be easy on themselves and donít give up if they fall behind. If you are only able to do 2 or 3 reps instead of 4 for each position, just kept right on going and soon you'll be able to keep up. Itís so wonderful to find a workout that I look forward to! Canít wait for Level 2! Iíll be 40 in a couple of months and with Oxycise, I know my 40ís (and beyond) will be fabulous!

I have Oxycising since 2000 and have been slim, fit, more energetic and healthier ever since. Rarely do I get sick when others get colds and flu and if I do, it's only for a couple of days. PMS symptoms have drastically decreased and I always feel tight and toned. Although I loved the gym for many years, I'm much happier with Oxycise because I can do it anywhere, it's quick and fun and I don't have to shower afterward because I don't sweat. Just a few Oxycise breaths warm me up during the winter so it saves on the electric bill too! I recommend Oxycise to everyone.
