"I have been doing Oxycise for about 2 ½ weeks now. Being a Personal Trainer, Assistant Manager, and the club Aerobics Coordinator, I stay in pretty good shape. But I quit doing all forms of cardio and weight training... I wanted to see just how good it worked, so I became my own experiment...

Deborah averages 100-300 miles per week. She is also a new Oxycise! customer. After having her thyroid removed three years ago, Deborah slowly gained 20 pounds more than she wanted. "As an ACE certified fitness instructor who has taught up to 9 classes a week for over 12 years, I can tell you that Oxycise! works as well, if not better, than most 'traditional' aerobic workouts. When done properly, the Oxycise! breathing technique forces much more oxygen into the body than jumping around on steps, or floors. HDL cholesterol is the good cholesterol in our bodies which helps to rid our bodies of the LDL cholesterol. HDL is only increased through aerobic exercise. My HDL cholesterol is now 72, which is very good, and when I was teaching 9 classes/week my HDL was 61. For it to increase by 11 points is incredible and Oxycise! is the only aerobic exercise I have been doing for the past two years. Oxycise!'s abdominal tightening technique has also healed my "recti-split" that was caused by having two very large babies. I was never able to heal my "recti-split" with traditional abdominal work. I have also lost 12 pounds and kept it off in these last two years. Oxycise! energizes me much more than all those aerobic classes did and it has also controlled by rheumatoid arthritis. "As Julie has stated, "aerobic" means "with oxygen" and in order to burn fat a lot of oxygen must be present. In traditional aerobic classes, you don't even start burning fat until about 12 minutes into the workout because you are increasing your oxygen intake at a very slow pace initially. And many people work at a much higher level than they should and end up working anaerobically, thus causing a shortage of oxygen and consequently not burning fat. Good luck to all of you who are making Oxycise! work for you. It can and it will work for everyone IF DONE PROPERLY.

"I participated in Jill's infomercial and have always known that Oxycise is the best exercise to increase the quality of my life that I have ever experienced. I have done many other workouts, and taught for 12 years as a fitness instructor. I eat very healthy and walk my dogs almost every day but the weight doesn't come off until I get serious about Oxycise.
"I recently gained weight and actually bought some larger clothes because mine were getting tight. I was so mad at myself, I promised myself I'd do oxycise every morning no matter what. Well, it's only been about 3 weeks since I've been working out every morning and I've already lost at least 7 pounds and all the larger sized clothes I bought are too big and I'm back in some things I almost got rid of because they were so tight.

"Just had to chime in here and say I used to be a professional dancer and now that I have 2 kids under 4, a part time job, and a house to clean I find it nearly impossible to come up with a gym routine, a ballet class or even a 45 walk at lunch. Oxycise! has saved my life by limiting the workout to FIFTEEN MINUTES. Like others have said, it is easy to commit to, since squeezing 15 minutes out of a day is do-able and realistic on a daily basis. I do it before the kids wake up or after they go to sleep. "Just wanted to fill you in on MY success with Oxycise! I've been doing the program (Level 1 and 2) for about 4 weeks now. I do Level 1 in the morning and Level 2 in the evening. Sometimes I even get a third session in before bed! At any rate, I'm a runner and really don't need to lose weight, but I have decreased my body fat percentage from 17% to 13% and I've lost several inches. The really great thing though is that my lung capacity is so much improved that I've been able to cut about 5 minutes off my 10K time. I'm planning on running the Marine's Marathon in Quantico Virginia this fall, and I know that I'll be in the best shape EVER to accomplish this...thanks to breathing!"

Leslie Perry reported to us that when she began Oxycise! she was already physically fit and not at all overweight. But she was spending at least 6 hours each week doing aerobics and ballet in order to maintain her fitness level. "I have to admit that I was very skeptical about Oxycise! and thought 'What is Oxycise! going to do for me that 9 months at the gym haven't done?' I really thought it would be a 'non-workout' and likely would do nothing for me, but decided out of curiosity more than anything to give it a try... After all, I had nothing to lose but 20 lbs I've been struggling with for the last four years (LOL!) I did the Level 1 tape Monday and yesterday...today I am sore all over! Of course it is too early to see any results, but I can definitely feel it is doing something! My heart rate was up into the training zone (which really impressed me since I do at least 30 min. of cardio daily) and I know my muscles have definitely had a workout! Two days ago nobody could have made me believe that I could get a complete aerobic and strength training workout done in 15 minutes, but I'm a believer now! Can't wait 'til measuring day!"

"Thank you for e-mailing me the information on Oxycise! level two. I have now been working with level one for one month and am really surprised by the results. When I ordered level one I was very skeptical.
"I am an avid exerciser. I work out on a Nordic track ski machine for an hour every morning and I also lift weights two or three times a week. This past year I had undergone some traumatic situations in my life and had gained some weight. I tried to lose it without much success for about two months.
"In the past month since I have been on Oxycise! I have lost three pounds and two inches from my waist (the only place I measure).
