A common theme among emails from Oxycise! fans is that one of the best things about Oxycise! is that it’s “do-able.” It’s a program you can stick with for life. Many programs will help you lose weight, but how many of them We love to hear updates from all of you, and recently we were thrilled to hear from some who have been with us since the beginning.

“I have to credit a psychic for my start in Oxycise. I went to get a reading and she said I needed more oxygen. I thought that was odd and I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it or what to do about it. As synchronicity would have it, right after that I saw an Oxycise infomercial and realized that was what I needed to do to get more oxygen. If I hadn’t had that reading I might not have paid any attention to it. This was somewhere around 98/99. I started doing Oxycise and lost weight and started looking better and feeling better.
“I have done it for so long that I have permanent level 1 hand prints on the wall! I stopped for awhile at some point but then I remembered how good I felt when I did it and started again. I added some levels and other tapes to my collection for variety. Level 1 is still my favorite. Other than a period of Pilates, I have used Oxycise and walking as my main form of exercise with occasional yoga thrown in.

“Oxycise helped me want to eat better and when I did it I had more energy and felt better, which helped my whole life in general. I definitely lost weight and tightened up. I was so happy with Oxycise that I actually volunteered to be on an Oxycise Infomercial back then. What I can tell you is that since I do Oxycise regularly my weight has only vacillated by a few pounds in winter over the years.

“I have been using Oxycise since I think about the mid to late 1990s, when I was introduced to it by a friend. It was originally a video with Jill, which eventually was replaced with a DVD, on which Aubrey features.
“Thank you so much for that Oxycise system! I have relied on it over many years to keep me healthy. While ever I am doing oxycise my mobility and flexibility is good. I have also relied on it to clear my chest after colds, and to get me back to flexibility, mobility and fitness after periods of illness, including breast cancer several years ago. It also tones up and keeps my bladder control good. And it definitely helps lose weight, although the previous benefits are more important to me. I am in my early seventies.
