New Workout: Barre Level 1
Inspired by classical ballet, Oxycise! Barre workouts will leave you looking and feeling like a dancer. As you combine the benefits of a traditional barre routine with the powerful Oxycise breathing techniques, you’ll love seeing the improvements in your strength, mobility, posture, and balance – as it tones and reshapes your entire body.
Throughout the barre series, you’ll get a chance to target every major muscle group – all while developing a lifted posture that strengthens the front and back of your core. A lifted posture not only makes you look good – it will improve your breathing throughout the day – which means you burn more calories at rest, and have energy that lasts all day.
