Whether you’re new or a seasoned Oxycise, proper technique is vital for the best results. One common mistake is allowing the abdomen to extend too far during the inhale, which can hinder your progress.
While your abdomen should expand on the inhale, you want to be sure that you do not force your stomach out. You want to fill the lungs and keep the abdomen relaxed and expanding naturally while being conscious to not push the stomach out.
In the beginning, you may have to make the effort not to stretch the stomach out too far on the inhale, but soon the entire breathing technique will become like second nature to you. Also remember to really lift and tighten the abs on the exhale. You can pretend that you are putting on a tight pair of jeans, which helps you to really lift and contract the abs.
We wanted to share Diane’s inspiring story with you. By correcting her breathing technique with Oxycise!, she achieved a flatter stomach, felt younger, and noticed significant improvements in body tone. Diane’s journey highlights the transformative effects of Oxycise! and the importance of proper breathing…
“I recently discovered I was actually pushing the abdomen out on the inhale which made it hard then to pull it up and in on the 3 sniffs and exhale. This in turn seemed to make the stomach muscle stick out and so I always had a stomach.
”What I did was to practice breathing with my hands on the lower rib cage so I was filling up the lungs and abdomen without pushing the lower abdomen out. With this breathing technique, the lower abdomen just naturally extended with yummy oxygen and thus I was able to successfully draw the abdomen in when it was required.
“I am now experiencing a much flatter stomach which is making me feel younger.
“I also went back to using the Level One which I am finding the whole body is firming up especially the torso. Husband has only just commented on what a curvy waist I now have and how am looking quite taut.
“Thank you! I don’t know what us humans would have done if Jill did not search, establish and share her knowledge on the ease of looking and feeling great.
“I will also mention I did grab one of my old exercise DVD’s which I use to love to do but found some of it hard to do. It was easy to do because of how flexible I have become through Oxycise but after the exercise instead of feeling exhilarated and alive I felt drained and sore.
“So Oxycise really does work giving you a great workout and helping us lose weight, become flexible and feel fantastic, as well as looking younger.”
Cheers,
Diane
