Nadine kept fit during pregnancy with Oxycise!
Nadine, a personal trainer and new mom, wrote in last week to share her incredible results because she wants to spread the word about Oxycise! While traditional cardio kept her in shape, it left her tired and hungry – not to mention all the time required. With Oxycise, she lost 5% body fat, 7 lbs, and has more time and energy for her little girl. I know I’m inspired, and I hope you will be too!
I’m a personal trainer and I’ve had such great results with oxycise! I basically don’t do regular cardio anymore because hours of running would always leave me only hungrier and very tired. I only do weight lifting and oxycise and I love the results! Oxycise energized me too so much, even though my 2 year old daughter isn’t the best sleeper and I often felt tired after a bad night of sleep, I’m now always energized and able to do so much in my day.
I started doing oxycise when I just got pregnant and I had very healthy and easy pregnancy. Even though I’m not very pain tolerant I was able to give birth all on my own without any medications because I learned how to breathe properly. Then I stopped doing oxycise for some time and gained some fat a few months after stopping, despite working out at the gym 6x a week. In my opinion it was because regular exercise especially a lot of cardio really tired me out and I was hungry and tired all the time, especially as a new mom. I started doing oxycise! again and went down by 5% body fat in just 3 weeks which is amazing, and lost about 7 lbs without overtraining and without a need to leave my baby with someone else to workout. So total it’s been about 3 years of doing oxycise. I have pictures attached, thank you again for sharing it!
Without oxycise it would take a very strict diet plus a lot of cardio to support low body fat percentage but with oxycise I can let myself indulge where I want and I don’t have to do any cardio at the gym any more, it saves a lot of time!
