Cholesterol isn’t all bad. In fact, cholesterol is an essential fat. It provides stability in every cell of your body. Everyone’s body needs cholesterol, but too much can spell trouble for some people.
The Problem
LDL is considered the “bad” cholesterol because when its level in the bloodstream is high, you can develop fatty deposits in your blood vessels. Eventually, these deposits grow, making it difficult for enough blood to flow through your arteries. Sometimes those deposits can break suddenly and form a clot that causes a heart attack or stroke.

Eventually, these deposits grow, making it difficult for enough blood to flow through your arteries. Sometimes those deposits can break suddenly and form a clot that causes a heart attack or stroke.
What makes this more concerning is the fact that high cholesterol has no symptoms. A blood test is the only way to detect if you have it, so don’t skip out on your annual exams.
The Solution
HDL cholesterol is the well-behaved “good cholesterol.” A healthy level of HDL is important because it cruises the bloodstream and removes the harmful cholesterol from the arteries. HDL reduces, reuses, and recycles LDL cholesterol by transporting it to the liver where it can be reprocessed. It may also prevent heart attack and stroke, while low levels of HDL cholesterol has been shown to potentially increase the risk of heart disease.
While LDL is affected by what you eat, HDL can only improve through exercise, not diet. If you speed up the circulation time of lymph, you’ll also improve the efficiency of HDL to scavenge excess fat from your arteries.
So how do you speed up lymph flow? Deep breathing.
Dr. Christiane Northrup reported: “Breathing fully in through your nose and inhaling air down into the lower lobes of your lungs followed by a brisk exhalation massages the thoracic duct and all the lymph vessels and nodes in your chest cavity, which helps HDL get to the places it needs to go to do its work… Regular exercise with deep breathing gives your body three to five times more opportunity to get rid of cholesterol deposits in the blood vessels around the heart.”
In Summary
The benefits of Oxycise deep breathing go far beyond what you can see on the outside. You’re cleaning your body from the inside out. Fueling your body with oxygen is the best thing you can do for your health!
The Proof:
“Just couldn’t wait to share this one! With all my two-a-day Oxycise! sessions this month, I am seeing more definition which makes me happy.
“However the really big news is that my cholesterol levels have been running between 309 to 374 the last ten years, and never below 300. I gave blood a couple weeks ago and they measure your cholesterol and give you a report. I was nearly in shock when I got that back. My cholesterol level was 215!! I definitely wanted to share the good news. I was sure I’d never see my cholesterol levels that low again. Thanks so much to Jill and the Oxy crew!”
Linda
“I also wanted to tell you my cholesterol lowered 30 points!! I am now in the good zone where before I was borderline (about 210). There is no other reason except O!
“Can’t wait for the new videos to come out.”
Susan
“Guess what?? My cholesterol came down from 294 to 223. I cannot use the statin drugs, I’ve watched my diet and exercised quite regularly, and used some natural things, nothing helped. I weigh 110 so my Dr. said it wasn’t what I eat, but what my liver does. My goal is to get below 200 by my next checkup. Also it has really helped a severe neck and shoulder problem. Sometimes if I don’t do them in the morning, (my favorite time is before breakfast) if I have to go someplace, it is surprising how many you can do in the car. I’ve always exercised one way or another, this is the best, and easiest.”

“I’m happy to say that I found Oxycise! I have lost 16 pounds, lowered my cholesterol level and blood pressure and am in better shape than I was at 15. I feel great and am convinced that Oxycise! is something I can stick with for the rest of my life.”
