Whether you’re training for a marathon or chasing a toddler around the house, most of us could use some more stamina. If you’ve been experiencing a personal energy crisis lately (outside of dealing with your utility bills), or if you find yourself out of breath climbing a flight of stairs, developing your endurance might be just the thing for recovering your zing.
Four of the most important elements to focus on to increase your stamina are strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance. Oxycise combines each of these elements while increasing your lung capacity to improve your health on several levels, giving you the stamina you need to swing your grandchildren around, or get through all your household chores with energy to spare. Pay close attention to activities that cause you shortness of breath, then after a month of Oxycise, try those activities again and see if you don’t notice a positive difference.
If you think you’ve tried everything to get more energy, take some motivation from Liz:
“I suffered badly with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Which means that to take a few steps I would be pooped, run short of breath, and energy. I suffered with that for over 7 years…
“After doing Oxycise! for just one year (now it is two) I was able to not only climb one mountain last summer in Quebec but TWO!!!! AND the most wonderful part was that I could do it and not become short of breath!
“I am also starting a part time job and I believe that God sent this Oxycise! program my way as a means of healing for me. A couple of years ago I wouldn’t have thought this possible. I feel soooooooo much better than I have in YEARS! I must add to this that I tried over 26 different aerobics workouts – running, jogging, stepping stair master, treadmill, step aerobics dancing (daily) – and they left me without breath fast! I have lost and I am maintaining a 40 lb weight lose with ‘O’!!!!!
“OXYCISE IS THE BEST WORKOUT EVER!! I AM PROOF OF THAT!”
