We are often asked the question, “Can I still see results by doing the breathing alone, without the workout/body positions?”
Yes! While it’s great to get all your muscles involved when you’re able, the breathing technique is the most important part of Oxycise! If you’re unable to do a full-body workout due to an injury, disability, or any other reason, you can still see the benefits from the extra oxygen as long as you do it consistently and with lots of gusto.
If you’re dealing with a minor injury, go ahead and modify any of the positions to suit your needs, or repeat some of your favorites to get to 30 reps. The extra oxygen will help speed up the healing process and can sometimes even help with pain management. And if all you can do is lay in bed and do the breathing, that’s great, too. We have seen many users experience weight loss and health improvements while doing the breathing in bed or in a chair – check out the results below and you’ll see that truly anyone can benefit from Oxycise!
“I purchased Level 1 and the book. It has helped me to move and be more agile, since I have MS and have difficulty walking and doing exercises or standing on one leg.
“Last July I had a stroke and now I’m in a wheelchair most of the time…
“My stomach was creeping on my legs so I took a three month challenge using Oxycise! as my daily exercise. My stomach stopped creeping and I have lost 7 inches around my waist and 4 inches around my hips and more inches around my body.
“I try to start my day with about 20 exercises I learned in a program for MS folks. Then I pop Level 1 in my TV before I leave my bedroom. I really like Torpedo 1 and Torpedo 2 and the knee presses. I can modify some of the leg exercises using my walker to stand.
“We lived in Colorado for thirty-six years, so I enjoy seeing Colorado scenes on the video, since we moved back to my home place in Ohio. My husband built a deck for me and put a galvanized, horizontal pole at waist height. I can hold on to it to do some of my Oxycise! outside. I tell my left leg to move and do the movements. Maybe some day it will come through and surprise me!
“Thank you.”

“I really didn’t go into Oxycise! to lose weight. I am very overweight, have severe arthritis in the hips ….but, like everyone else, been there and done that. I’m a real diet expert! So I knew Oxycise! couldn’t do what nothing else has, and they all say they are the ultimate way, etc. but I knew I needed to learn to deep breathe. So even against my husband’s wishes (something I never do, we’re always united in such things) I sent for Oxycise!
“I was so excited…and couldn’t believe how hard it was to just get in the habit of breathing! It took me about a week to even be able to do it. And then of course, I really couldn’t do very many reps when I did learn, but after going to the website and I do appreciate those who have shown pictures and told their story because it helped me. Especially the lady, I forget the name, that only did it sitting in a recliner. So with embarrassment, I did take my measurements, but I simply did not believe it, since I couldn’t do the exercises or even that much breathing! When the scales showed a 3 lb. loss, I simply did not believe that either, although I knew there certainly had been no dieting done this past week! They say seeing is believing, but I simply still don’t believe it. I lost 6 inches!! And I only do 15 reps a day…
“I’m so thrilled I tell everybody and I tell them, ‘I really don’t believe it, so be sure and tell me what happens to you.’ It’s just too wonderful, isn’t it. Thank you so much.”
