“Hi! My name is Faith and I wanted to share my oxycise success story!
“I started my consistent Oxycise journey a year ago on April 5, 2019. My starting weight was 319.2 lbs. I’m 55 currently and 5’8” tall. I was wearing a size 26W at that time. I started doing O! Once daily six days a week and being more mindful of choosing healthier foods although I didn’t and still don’t count calories. I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m satisfied. My diet isn’t perfect but it’s 90 percent clean I’d say. Probably one of the biggest things I cut WAY down on was processed sugar.
“I’d have to say I noticed a huge sense of well being with my very first O! workout! That’s a HUGE deal for me as I’ve suffered from depression for many many years. It didn’t take long before I began to shrink….was off cholesterol medication….my depression meds have been cut in half too! I wish I’d actually measured myself but I more or less use my clothes as a measuring tape. Fast forward to today April 8, 2020. I’m now wearing a misses size 12, down -132 lbs. I feel wonderful! I’m stronger then ever!
“I had my muscle mass tested when I started my journey and continue to do so periodically. I was told that with a lot of weight loss it’s normal to lose some lean muscle. They just didn’t want more then 20 percent of my weight loss to be lean muscle. I’m happy to say I’ve kept my muscle loss to less than 10 percent which is well within the acceptable range! I haven’t lifted a single weight in this past year! Oxycise has done wonders for my lean muscle mass! I started out at obese category 3 and am now officially out of the obese range and continuing to lose! I’ll be at goal before long!
“My biggest tip is: CONSISTENCY! Just do it! Each day!! Anyone can find 15 minutes for their health! Think about it….15 minutes is 1 percent of your day!!! My motivation to just do it is how good I know I’m going to feel when it’s done and it goes by so quickly. My motto is: JUST PUSH PLAY.
“Thank you for such a wonderful program! I have to say I live in a small 600 sq ft 1 bedroom apt. I just don’t have the room for abcizers, exercise machines, weights etc. I own every Oxycise dvd and they take up very little space!!! No special clothes (I often O! in my pjs each morning), no expensive workout shoes, no nothing!!! The only one thing I invested in ($10) was a yoga strap which tucks away in my dresser drawer.
