It’s hard to not love fall. That crisp, fresh air, the excitement of new beginnings, the pumpkin spice everything. But aside from sweaters and cute new fall boots, there’s a whole separate reason to love the season: Fall is the perfect time of year to lose weight and make lasting changes to your lifestyle.
No matter how good our intentions, it’s hard to stick to healthy meals and a regular exercise routine in the summertime. There are trips to go on, lazy weekends spent drinking and brunching…the lack of structure is not exactly conducive to maintaining healthy habits.
Now that summer is ending, our weekly routines often have more structure, and routines are key when it comes to forming long-lasting healthy habits. Let’s kick off this fall with a Fall Challenge!
Join us the first day of fall – Monday, September 23 – for a 6 week challenge.
The Challenge: Complete at least 6 days of Oxycise each week to be entered into the drawing to win an Oxycise gift card.

Week 3: Try a new healthy recipe.
Week 4: Invent your own Oxycise position.
Week 5: Oxycise with a friend or loved one (including a pet) and take an Oxy-selfie together.
Week 6: Share a picture of yourself Oxycising in a Halloween costume.
