Q&A: How long does it take to see results with Oxycise?
If you are using lots of air in your breathing and really working your muscles, you should FEEL a difference in your body right away. Most people will experience an increase in muscle when they start Oxycise! So you may see a gain of a few pounds on the scale, especially if you have less fat to lose. An increase in muscle is a very positive change, but some people get discouraged if they don’t see the scale go down — and especially so if they happen to see it go up! We recommend that you monitor your body fat percentage every month or two (many health clubs and gyms will do this for you for free) as well as weight and inch loss — then you will have a better idea of the actual changes that are happening inside your body. It is quite common to have individuals lose 3-4% body fat in the first month and 5-10% by the second month is very attainable through consistent, diligent effort in following the Oxycise! program. Many customers have dropped clothing sizes and lost excess fat and inches — in many cases without seeing a huge change on the scale — but they now have leaner, more “tightly-packed” bodies.
