“The benefits I’ve noticed from this first month of consistent Oxycise are:
- Increased and consistent energy; waking strong and no afternoon fatigue
- My appearance is more toned and muscular
- My mood, which is normally fairly even and sunny, is even more so
- I feel better about myself through having done this for a month, and more confident that I will ultimately attain my health goal of an ideal weight and high level of fitness

“I did not meet the January challenge, but only from doing 10 Oxycise routines plus a change in my supplement routine, from Dec. 28th-Jan.26th, I lost 1″ off belly button, 1″ off hips, 0.75″ off left thigh, and 0.5″ off right thigh. “I started Oxycise in January desperate to stop what seemed like yearly weigh gain from menopause. I’ve known about O for many years, and knew it worked but sad to say I’ve never made exercise a habit. I have O level one, but due to a knee injury the floor exercises are now a challenge. This time, I thought, had to be different.
“So, I downloaded Easy Does It level one and challenged myself. When my feet hit the floor in the morning, before I do anything else, I do the Oxycise routine. I’ve just started and have lost 3 inches off my hips and 2 inches off my waist. Now that’s a miracle for me! My energy is sustained throughout the day and I’m sleeping better as well.
