Jill’s “Quick Tone-Up Regimen”
Happy “day after Christmas!” We hope it was a good one for all of you!
If your holiday celebrations included a little too much chocolate fudge, Almond Roca, or other unanticipated “nutritional disasters,” don’t despair. Just follow up with some extra Oxycise! workouts and you’ll be back on track within a few weeks.
If you’d like to regain lost ground even more quickly, you may want to try Jill’s “quick tone-up regimen.” Like anyone, she would occasionally put on a few pounds due to travels or other life interruptions. When she started noticing clothes getting tight, she found this quick fix to be very effective.
1. Oxycise! five times per day. I never did more than two workouts back-to-back. So typically I did 2 workouts in the morning, two later in the morning, and one in the afternoon.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Eat plenty of food — but only from the A and B list in my Fuel for Success Book. (With very few exceptions.)
