Jo Fries was selected in our New Year Challenge drawing for a free year of membership! She has consistently completed each of our challenges and was kind enough to share her inspiring story with us.
“I finished the New Year Challenge and found some muscles that I haven’t used to their full potential! I started to push myself harder and feeling stronger and better as a result. The workouts were FUN! Keep up the Great Work and look forward to the next challenge.
“I don’t remember how I found Oxycise! but regardless it came at a time when I needed something different, challenging, and uplifting. I became an amputee in 2002 and I had to change the way I did everything. My life as I once knew it changed drastically and I needed something to get my mind off my New Way of Life. I was healing on the outside but I needed something more.
“I always liked working out to different Home Walking routines but my body needed something more so I did some research and found Oxycise. It was exactly what I was looking for! I could feel my inner self waking up!
“Here I am many years later and still Enjoying Oxycise! I have learned to change up routines to fit my abilities as an amputee.
“I have more bounce in my step and I can RUN up my stairs! I have been able to keep my weight at 110 – 112 lbs. I was at 120 lbs and my clothes were uncomfortable. Oxycise has become a big part of my daily routine and I can definitely feel it when I skip a day.
“Everyday is a challenge and I’m grateful that Oxycise continues to help keep my body healthy on the inside and out.
“Many Blessings to the Oxycise Family!”
