“By the grace of God, last year I restarted Oxycise, but this time, I started with just 1 minute a day on Jan. 1st and adding on 1 m each day until Jan. 15th. I maintained Oxycising for 15 m a day until Feb. 1st, then added 1 m until I reached 30 minutes and kept that up until the end of February. On March 1st, I then added 1 m each day, until I reach 45 min., etc., and then stayed at 45 minutes a day.
“In March, however, I had a sleep study showing severe sleep apnea (with both low oxygen sats and AHI of 42 – meaning I stopped breathing or had drastically decreased breathes for 42 times every hour). I was started on CPAP therapy in late April. One reason people have issues with CPAP therapy is due to a sore chest/ribs/lungs, etc., from pressurized air being forced into their lungs. This was not an issue for me as I had been ‘forcing’ air into my lungs for several months.
”As a side note, I also went from 171 pounds at the beginning of this year down to 155 pounds at the time of my sleep study, just by starting with 1 minute a day and adding on from there. I thank the Lord for Oxycise. I am actually sleeping at night, now have incredible energy and stamina, clearer thinking, and am losing weight without any muscle or joint injuries.
“Thank you, O!”
