Lisa lost her jiggly thighs
“I’ve spent thousands on home gyms. Who would have thought I’d find the answer in a $22 set of videos?”
“I had my physical early this week and the nurse announced I was at 205. I shrieked, ‘YESSSSS!!!’
“She said, ‘Most people aren’t happy when I tell them their weight.’
“I said, ‘Maybe most people aren’t DOWN 12 POUNDS!!!’
“My doctor was so happy about this. What had I been doing, she asked. So I told her about starting with Body Flex and changing to Oxycise!.
“I’m so pleased. Everything fits SO much better . . . I don’t use a scale or a tape measure. I use my clothes and my mirror. I no longer obsess about pounds. I’m eating better, smoking less, and exercising a LOT more. Thanks to Oxycise! walking my 80-pound dog is easier because even though we really cruise and my heart rate increases, I don’t get winded.
“I just love this stuff. As of this writing there are only 3 more hours until I can go home and do it again . . . amazingly enough, I’m finding that moves like King Tut, the seated inner thigh stretch (a personal favorite), and the lying position with knee press have worked extremely well in my inner thighs. I really didn’t think it could be done. As crude as this may sound, they simply do not ‘jiggle’ like they did in the old days. I NEVER thought I’d find exercises that worked this area as well as Oxycise! I’m glad I didn’t waste $99 on a Bun and Thigh Sculptor … although over the years I’ve spent thousands on home gyms. Who would have thought I’d find the answer in a $22 set of videos??? :)”
