O! Down Low Level 1 is designed to be accessible for any age or fitness level and is a great way to build strength and mobility. And here’s the best part…you don’t even have to get out of bed! All positions are done lying on either your back or your side.
She also takes it a little bit slower, and has a more relaxed feel for this series so you can really focus on getting all your air in and out without feeling rushed.
