You probably get tired of hearing from us all the time, so we thought it would be fun to hear from some of YOU instead! Here are some words of wisdom from some of our Oxycise! friends.

“The hardest, but most important thing to keep in mind is perseverance! It’s hard to stay motivated and do the right things when we don’t see results, but keep in mind the first banana split or cheeseburger you eat doesn’t make your weight go up – it comes from repeated behavior. The same is true for losing – your body needs to learn and trust this new ‘repeated’ behavior before it cooperates and you see results. I had no positive results that I could see or measure for the first five weeks, but I did the 3 day cleanse and then kept my eating habits healthy for a whole month and that’s when I had my best results. Once I let up on healthy foods and quantity of exercise I maintained what I had lost, but stopped losing.”

“I’ve been doing Oxycise! for 2 months and have lost 3.5″ off my waist, 2” off my bust, hips and thighs. Sometimes when I need to keep motivated to continue I go into the testimony screen of the website and just read a few windows of peoples’ stories.
“I also bought the ‘Chart Your Success Book’. This has been helpful because sometimes when you look in the mirror and you still don’t look like your goal yet, the actual small victories of an eighth or quarter of an inch get recorded in black and white and give you the encouragement to keep on going.
“Also, some days I go in my closet and try on clothes I can’t fit in and have been able to watch the number of too-small items shrink gradually. I had not been weighing myself because I do not own a scale, but I started last week for the first time and found I had lost a pound that week. I have no idea what my total weight for the two months is. I think keeping a record is helpful for both eating according to the ‘Fuel for Success’ recommendations and the pounds and inches.
“I have accepted that this will be a slow process and a development of healthier habits that need to be maintained for life. It’s like flossing – you know you should, but you don’t always do it. Hang in there.”

“Try to remember that losing the weight should be an added bonus while creating a better life for yourself. Don’t make losing weight THE GOAL. Your goal should be to be happy, feel good about yourself, etc…. the weight WILL be resolved as you go….remember the Nike slogan ‘just do it’…well ‘just breathe.’ :)”

“It’s all up to you. If you do nothing, the program will do nothing. The key is to just do it, and do it and do it until you get results, and then keep doing it! Fifteen minutes a day is a small price to pay for all the benefits you get from Oxycise!”
