Turns out I was visiting San Francisco but when I got the CDs I realized they were filmed in my town of Evergreen Colorado, much to my surprise….by the lake….at Red Rocks, etc. I bought entire set including audio cd and have used all over the years. I am now 76 and decided the one for me is Abs and Upper body. Low impact and works for my whole body.
