If you’ve bought our DVDs, you know that many of them come with a workout position cue card to guide you through the workout at your own pace. And since many love the convenience of it, we’ve made the same idea available for each of the workouts with our online membership!

Please note that these guides should only be used to complete your workout once you’re familiar and comfortable with the body positions you’ve learned using the workout video to ensure safe and correct body positioning.
