Thank you so much to all who joined us for the New Year Challenge, and another big congratulations to all of our finishers!
We happened to end up with the same number in email entries as Facebook group – so we thought we’d just draw a winner for each. 😃 And the winners of a year of online Oxycise! membership are…
Tonyia Clark
Tonyia has been a long-time Oxyciser, and was even featured in our success stories after her 40 pound weight loss! She’s not only a great example of consistency and dedication, she’s also a kind, joyful, and amazing woman. Congratulations, Tonyia!

Tess M.
Tess lost 6 pounds and 3 inches over the course of the challenge – way to go! She also shared some exciting benefits in pain reduction that she noticed…
I’m excited to share my New Year Challenge results and enter the contest. I weighed myself before measuring and was a bit disappointed that I hadn’t lost any more since the mid-challenge weigh-in, but boy was I surprised when I saw that I lost inches!
Besides the weight/inch loss, I have significantly reduced a pain that has been in my left upper arm since 2020. I could barely lift my arm all the way up sometimes, and forget about trying to sleep on my left side.I’ve also found that doing the workouts regularly helps with a pain that I usually have in my left foot first thing in the morning (I’ve worked at jobs where I stand most of my shift since I was 18. I’m 35 now. That’s a lot of standing and a lot of pain in my feet).
Finally, I wash my face when I get home from work every afternoon, and would have a pain in my back from bending forward at the sink. That pain is long gone and went away pretty early in the challenge.I’d also like to share that years ago when I weighed much less and exercised regularly, I always took 5-7 days off during my menstrual cycle. I just did not feel comfortable exercising during that time. I really wanted to complete this challenge, so I was happy to find that the “O! at the Office” workouts are done pretty much entirely sitting down. Now I have no excuse not to workout during that dreaded time.
I hope to share even more progress in the months to come.
Thanks!
-Tess
Congratulations!
We had so much fun, we’ll do our next challenge this spring. Don’t miss it!
