Rachel admitted, “I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. You guessed it! No one was in the waiting room, so I did most of the L1 positions. (No floor ones, though. I have my limits!)”
Lisa shared, “On an airplane. On my way to Florida our flight was delayed. I had a child on each side sleeping on me. My husband was asleep across the aisle. I did about 60 breaths (no positions) quietly, although I did inhale deeply. It gave me a rush, and helped me stay awake and hold onto my kids. We landed at about 1:30 AM, and I felt fine.”
Jojo added, “I live in Toronto and we have a large amusement park here (sort of like Disney but not as good). I was waiting for my kids to go on a ride with my husband so I started doing my thing. I sort of felt weird about it because of how many people there were all around. I just did it a little softer.”
