Here’s Why I Keep Coming Back to Oxycise and Why it Works for Me…
Oxycise became known to me over 20 years ago. I bought the book and I was hooked. I found it to be very effective. Then life got busy and time seemed unusually limited but over the years it’s always been there when I was ready to return. About a year ago or so, I came back to it with more commitment. What I have found is, like many others, the quality of my sleep has improved and my heart rate decreased along with feeling more toned. But, my truest “Why” for Oxycise is this:
- I love the assortment of workouts with the varied intensity levels. It’s easy to mix and match both in time and technique or body part to match my energy/motivation and time available for the day.
- It also is the perfect complement to my other weekly activities like walking, weights with a small side of yoga slipped in. I find that it works different muscles than the previously mentioned exercises and I love that because it means it’s working deeper and providing a more comprehensive workout.
- The fact that these exercise can be incorporated within your day at anytime and anywhere is always a bonus.
- Once you’ve completed your workout, not only do you feel toned and refreshed but satisfied knowing you’ve done something really great for yourself!
