“I started oxycise in the late 90’s; two dear friends introduced me to O; I was working on losing weight; at that time I was wearing a 22 in shirts and 18-20 in pants; I lost inches more than weight; I went from those sizes to 14&16;
“I encourage people to use O because it will give you the stamina to do more exercise; it helps me to run/walk/bicycle/ and swim;
“I am now a senior citizen and can outdo my grown grandson; he went walking with me; I was training for a marathon and he didn’t make it around the track; I had to call his wife to come get him;
“I can’t express enough how much I love O; I give all glory, honor & praise to God b/c he gives us the ability to breathe; however as simple as O is people still don’t get the importance of it; there was a period that like any other exercise I stopped but quickly learned to get back on track;
“I recently got married new years eve after being divorced for 18 years; I have three grown children and 3 grown grandchildren; also have two small grands and three great grands; I work and am active in my church;
“Please share b/c O works and it makes one feel so good;”
