As you combine the benefits of a traditional barre routine with the powerful Oxycise breathing techniques, you’ll love seeing the improvements in your strength, mobility, posture, and balance – as it tones and reshapes your entire body.
In addition to targeting your lower body, Oxycise! Barre Level 2 tones and strengthens your arms, shoulders, and upper back. Develop your balance, posture, and core strength in a more challenging barre series that builds upon what you’ve been working on in Level 1.
At the end of each workout, you’ll feel long, lean, and beautiful. You’ll soon notice more definition in your arms and legs, and a slimming of your hips and waistline. You’ll also gain a greater awareness of your body for more grace and ease in your daily life.
