Oxycise! Barre Level 1 works from the ground up, beginning with exercises that improve the strength and mobility of your feet and ankles. Next the focus turns to toning your thighs and hips, all while developing a lifted posture that strengthens the front and back of your core. A lifted posture not only makes you look good – it will improve your breathing throughout the day – which means you burn more calories at rest, and have energy that lasts all day.
In addition to targeting your lower body, Oxycise! Barre Level 2 tones and strengthens your arms, shoulders, and upper back. Develop your balance, posture, and core strength in a more challenging barre series that builds upon what you’ve been working on in Level 1.
At the end of each workout, you’ll feel long, lean, and beautiful. You’ll soon notice more definition in your legs, and a slimming of your hips and waistline. You’ll also gain a greater awareness of your body for more grace and ease in your daily life.
