If you like Oxycise, or breathing exercises in general, this is a great audio for when you’re on the go. I got the CD for the price, but will rip it to MP3 so I can put it on my phone and have it anytime I need it, anywhere I am. It’s meant to be done in the car, hence the name “Commuter Routine”, but I don’t particularly like to do it in the car. I’m a bit too self-conscious. But it’s great when I don’t want to do a full workout, and I like to use it while doing floor stretches.

As a singer this really helps to keep me breathing right, open my lungs up and help me to hold those long notes. For weight loss? Well…..can not say it has ever helped with that. But great if your a singer, have COPD or any kind of lung or oxygen problems.
