If you like Oxycise, or breathing exercises in general, this is a great audio for when you’re on the go. I like having it anytime I need it, anywhere I am. It’s meant to be done in the car, hence the name “Commuter Routine”, but I don’t particularly like to do it in the car. I’m a bit too self-conscious. But it’s great when I don’t want to do a full workout, and I like to use it while doing floor stretches.

As a singer this really helps to keep me breathing right, open my lungs up and help me to hold those long notes. Great if your a singer, have COPD or any kind of lung or oxygen problems.

I do the commuter routine on the way to work each day. I’m amazed how it improves my mood. Even though my job can be a royal pain I stay in a good mood all day long. If my mood starts going down the drain I just sneak off by myself and do a couple basic breaths to clear my mind. It’s kept me from being a grouch during this “flush the nicotine from my body” period.
