“I had my 3-month check-up last week with my neurologist. I started on Oxycise! at the last of August. When I went in for my appointment I was 1) not crying, 2) not depressed, 3) not in pain, and 4) 12 pounds lighter and many inches slimmer and wearing slim jeans. Since many things has changed in today’s world, I believe the book should be updated or revised. It’s a known fact that fat doesn’t make people fat. There’s a difference in fats, you have the good and the bad. In addition, there are the bad oils, such as vegetable oil, canola oil and other nut oils that are bad for you. Also, fake butter and margarine. Then there’s the good fats, such as coconut oil, which was considered bad for you, but is not, it’s a very healthy oil. Unfortunately, this oil was demonized by those who were promoting the bad oils that really caused the body harm. We also have olive oil that’s healthy as well, everything should be used in moderation. These two healthy oils are really beneficial, So, what was once considered bad for you, is really good for a person’s well being. The culprit is processed food and sugar of any kind, whole foods are the best, any food that has a label or sets on a shelf is bad. If it’s not grown, or farm raised. I realize this book was written years ago, when people back then demonized fat, but I think now the book should be updated or rewritten to state the facts.
