All of these Oxycise flexibility workouts are great-my new favorites. No messing around and you will be done before you know it. You should know the basics of Oxycise first but these would be a great addition for anyone. I am a week away from turning 76 and feel like these workouts help me stay in good shape-I certainly am more relaxed and sleep better. I have been doing Oxycise off and on for at least 20 years.
