From lying down to sitting up, you’ll practice safe and efficient movement techniques as recommended by physical therapists. In this practical workout, you’ll train important everyday mobility and functional strength for sitting up out of bed and for getting up off the ground.
Workout 3: Stand Up
You’ll learn techniques such as strategic body positioning and exhaling on the highest-effort part of a movement task – to make everyday mobility easier right away. And you’ll gain functional strength for the arms, legs, and core, while enjoying the refreshing and energizing Oxycise! breathing technique.
Workout 4: Everyday Balance
Challenge your static and dynamic balance while strengthening the stabilizing muscles in your core and lower body. You’ll train your balance with changes in focus, one legged positions, and more, all while anchoring to your Oxycise! breath. If you’d like, you can practice this workout while holding onto a wall or counter for support.
