Great combo, it’s all you need really. Once you get a hang of the breathing technique you can do the workout and add your own moves to it as well. I have done that and I love it. I am doing 105 breaths a day and I feel great. (You are not required to do 105, only 30 breaths a day to get results. I just love it and am adding some ballet moves to the workout and I find I feel great, more energy and I’m seeing and feeling a different body in a short amount of time). Highly recommended!
