Gently strengthen your seat, thighs, arms, and core – all while lying down. O! Down Low Level 1 is designed to be accessible for any age or fitness level. The slower pace of this workout will allow you to get all your air in and out and puts lots of power behind your breathing. Increase mobility, reduce stress, and trim, tone, and tighten without having to get out of bed!

Really enjoying this workout’s slower pace, and so nice to lie down throughout!

I love the slower pace as I can feel the burn much more than the regular workouts. Kendall is so calm and makes the workout relaxing.

Came in good condition. Workout different than I expected, but on side or back as promised. I have done it twice. Since the first time, I think I cough less when I lie down (for sleeping). I didn’t really expect that, but it is GREAT!

I really enjoy this video. Doing it with the instructions gives a good workout.

I really love the slightly slower pace of O! Down Low Level 1. It’s a great workout to mix in with the other, more rigorous ones, or as a wind-down in the evening. It’s also a great starter for when you’re just learning the breathing technique and need some time to figure it out and perfect your breathing.

I didn’t really like this one quite so much. I didn’t feel much work from the positions, and didn’t feel like I got as good a workout. I guess it’s good for those who want a slower pace which isn’t to hard.

I love these new additions to the Oxycise! line! Very relaxing, but great workout!

I love the slower pace of this workout. It really feels like I’m making the breaths count.

I really like the pace of this workout – not too fast — and I feel more that I can get the most air in and out at this speed.
God bless, Marie

I find O! Down Low Level 1 refreshing. I like the aspect of a new instructor (change of face and instructions). If I were to base the workout on the level of difficulty based on a scale from 1-5, I rate it a 3/4 and this is only because I have issues weakness in my shoulders and upper arms. My upper body strength is not quite there yet. This is what I love about all of the O! workouts though. I can modify if I need to and continue to focus on the breathing technique.

I do like this video, but not as much as my other Oxycise ones. I prefer having a variety of positions. But I understand why this one is good for people who like to do O while lying down.

Thank you for creating these workouts. I have fibromyalgia and Hashimoto thyroid disease and there are some days workouts are perfect for those bad days. Oxycise is really the only routines I can do. So grateful.
