You can do Oxycise! while walking or lifting weights, or stair-climbing or cycling…or while vacuuming, dusting, or driving…you name it! There are many different ways to make Oxycise! work in your life.
Whatever you do, don’t abandon Oxycise! altogether because you “don’t have time.” This is an easy way to work it into your schedule. It will help you get through the day with more energy and less stress.

“I try to walk in the park on the weekend when the weather is good. I usually throw in a few Basic Breaths when I start walking but today I added some arm positions from the Commuter Routine. My hands often swell when I walk and I thought a good Pec Press would help. It was so easy to walk and do the routine! I used the Pec Press, then I locked my fingers in front of me and pulled out as a substitute for the steering wheel pull-out.

Easy to download to PC harder to transfer to iPhone and iPad. Finally found and used free app EaseUSMobiMover to do transfers to personal music library successfully. A bit fast paced but working on speeding up and getting full inhale. Wanted an audio breath counter with no directions. This fits the bill. Allows me to do a full workout with the positions I choose.

I like that the commuter cd was re-recorded to be able to use with any position and it took out the excess talking. I have been able to use it a lot while working to bring my stress level down.
