This takes many of the positions in Level 1 and moves them into a different modality (such as doing the knee press lying down with feet on a chair). Good for getting that heart rate up.

As with all other Oxycise workouts,and I own all of them, this is wonderful.
I love the different moves introduced in it and Aubrey Lee is adorable! Sometimes I miss Jill and I do one of my VHS tapes. Five stars for Oxycise!

Like the new positions. Only complaint is that the transitions are a little too quick. Sometimes hard to get in the next starting position and she is already on breath 2 or 3. Also like the DVD setup to directly go to the workout without having to fast forward through the talking. Could have more music variety, but that’s minor. Keep ’em coming!!!!

I really like the level 5 workout, but the breaths are done too fast to really get a lot of breath. The breathing workouts only work if you take in a really deep breath and breath out every bit of air. You need time to do this properly and this goes too fast to really do this. I tried to go as fast as she does and got so light headed I had to stop. Also, I think it needs more reminders for form and proper breathing and using abs correctly.

Initially, my two faves were Buns & Thighs II and Abs & Upper Body. I must confess, though, this one has now surpassed them both! By incorporating the traditional breathing excercises with the fusion of ballet, this dvd targets different muscle groups on a whole new level. It’s fresh & new, and speaks to the dancer in me, while being straightforward enough for anyone to understand and implement the movements. The music has more of a tropical feel, and it was as if I truly was getting one-on-one training from Aubrey with no additional distractions. I LOVE it, & I highly recommend it! Keep it coming, Aubrey!
