“Since starting Oxycise! I have lost 10 pounds and 11 inches…Plus, I have had a ton of other benefits. My skin is brighter, my eyes are brighter, I have a lot more energy, and I feel so much thinner! I love the Level 6 workout. I love Oxycise. The new yoga positions are fantastic. However…
I don’t like the music beds in any of the Oxy workouts and 6 seems even louder than the others. I wish they would provide a clean version for download of all Oxycise workouts. And when they do, I will be here giving all the Oxy workouts the five stars they deserve.

I love this new level six workout! I own all of the Oxycise workouts. I’m happy to add this one to my collection. My chiropractor told me to start doing yoga. He said that would be the best way for me to keep my alignment. There was no way I was going to give up my Oxycise . When I received the level six workout and tried it out, I thought, “ now I can do Oxycise and yoga.” I love the yoga moves added to this level six work out. It is challenging and is making me stronger in new areas of my body. Thanks for another great Oxycise workout, Aubrey!

I wish this DVD had that section that goes through the positions separately. I am finding it a bit hard to work out what is being asked of me in some of them. Other than that I like the workout.

This is a great workout! I started with the floor routine and then tried the standing/chair. Loved that. I feel stretched, feel the burn and know my weaker areas. My entire body is getting a real workout. Love it and yes, this one is pretty challenging! I have several Oxcycise programs and depending on the day, will do the program that feels best. Thank you Aubrey for being such a great trainer, too. 🙂

It work well for me! Aubrey done a great job! It’s nice to have a change in levels of all the work outs, I have most all of them, been collecting for years. Still my favorites are level 1 & 2 of both Jill and Aubrey, love the snow scene! Miss one thing on level 6 The Testimonials!

I’ve been on vacation so haven’t had much time to spend on Level 6 since I downloaded it. But what I have done I really like. I tried working out with the trainer at our retirement community (I’m 75) but feel I get a much better exercise workout with Oxycise. My back was hurting with the trainer and I don’t have those problem with O. Thank you!

I LOVE Level 6! I have ALL the O workouts and have been Oxycising for over 18 years and do it every single day no matter what. I always found yoga boring while Oxycise! made complete sense to me. Level 6 has a nice twist because it includes some fun, powerful core-building yoga positions with the effectiveness of the Oxy-Breath and I think it’s SPECTACULAR! My balance improved in just 3 days and I’m wonderfully sore in new places I didn’t know existed. I LOVE it! Thank You Oxycise!!! Oh, and the download was super quick and I started Level 6 right away and have it on my tablet and phone for convenience! #OforLife
