Lengthen through your spine as you strengthen the surrounding muscles to support beautiful posture. Reduce tension and aching as you increase the range of motion through your center, all while slimming the waistline and toning through the abs and obliques – no sit-ups necessary!
About 80 percent of adults experience low back pain at some point in their lifetimes. It is the most common cause of job-related disability and a leading contributor to missed work days. To add to the challenge, when your back is aching or structurally damaged, you become very limited in the exercises you can do – which can cause weight gain and loss of muscle – which causes more back pain… and the cycle continues. That’s where Oxycise comes in!
Not only is Oxycise a great way to stay in shape when back troubles won’t allow you to do traditional exercises – but this targeted workout can reduce or even completely obliterate back pain as you improve your posture, strengthen the muscles that support your spine, and increase flexibility.
If you are one of the lucky few to have avoided back pain so far, this workout will help to keep your spine strong, healthy, and mobile to prevent problems. Plus, you can avoid irritating your back in the first place by replacing high-impact exercises with Oxycise.

I love this workout! I am recovering from a huge back surgery but am still able to do it if I am careful. Thanks so much.

I own a number of Oxycise videos. I enjoy them all. But, by far, this is the best! I’ve got my waist back. And, I feel about 3 inches taller….Okay, even if 3 inches is an exaggeration, I do feel taller. My posture has improved. I move better. This video makes a long-term difference that far surpasses its initial cost.

Great addition to the flexibility series.
