Time to get ready for our Spring Challenge to get in shape for summer! 2 weeks starting April 19, and culminating with the release of Aubrey’s newest workouts to really challenge you – O! Pumped Workout 4, 5, and 6!
To complete the challenge, do one Oxycise workout at least 6 days of each week and post about it in our Facebook group – plus watch for details on some bonus challenges. All the finishers will be entered into a drawing at the end for one free year of our online membership!
Here’s our suggested workout calendar to follow if you’d like, or choose your own workouts if you prefer. If you’re selecting your own, take the time to plan your workouts for the 2 weeks and write them down before the challenge starts. This is a great way to help yourself stay consistent and committed!
