One of the great things about Oxycise is that you can start burning calories right away, with each and every breath, no warm-up needed. Besides your regular workout session, take advantage of those extra minutes you have each day and do some extra Oxycise! reps. Try them:
- Sitting in your car
- In line at the bank
- Waiting for the kids after games and lessons
- At a red light
- While commuting
- In your kitchen
- Waiting for the beeper on the microwave
- Standing at the stove
- During commercials while watching TV

- Waiting in line at the grocery store

Every one of us has “extra” minutes each day where we can fit in a few more productive breaths. Your challenge for this week is to find those extra minutes each day to complete 10 extra Oxycise! reps (1 rep = 4 breaths) any time throughout the day, split up however you’d like.
