Ah, warm weather. The days are long, and the weather is beautiful. Best of all, it’s an opportunity to get outdoors and be more active.
Unfortunately, people often find that lower activity levels over the winter have decreased endurance so much that they can no longer enjoy their favorite warm-weather activities as much as they’d like. Signs of lower endurance can pop up in seemingly small, everyday ways. You might start to notice that daily activities like walking up stairs, playing with young family members, gardening, or doing housework feel more challenging.
Al Lee, co-author of Perfect Breathing, affirmed the importance of deep breathing exercises for endurance. “By increasing the strength and stamina of your respiratory system, your breathing becomes more efficient, requiring less energy – which leaves more energy for the motor muscles and whatever task or activity you’re involved in.”
Oxycise strengthens your respiratory muscles and increases your lung capacity so you can breeze through daily physical tasks and enjoy your summer adventures.
…I am in my fourth week. So far I have lost approximately 4 inches and about 7 lbs. The best part is the overall feeling of well being. I was put to the test not long ago. We were waiting for an elevator to go up to the sixth floor. I challenged those with me to a race up the stairs instead. When we arrived at the sixth floor, which I made it first by the way, everyone else was winded and I was fine. I feel better than I have in a long time!

Another remarkable thing, I usually get winded walking from my car to the building where I work (about 1/4 mile) Today, I strolled up to the building and TOOK THE STAIRS to my office–in stride–never breaking a sweat or gasping for air!!!! (which was the norm).

The first night I did Oxycise! I took the dog for a walk and walked my usual route in half the time with NO shortness of breath or sore legs–could have walked it again but the dog was out of breath and needed water!!!! I couldn’t believe it!!!

I have a huge increase in endurance, have no more headaches, and have been able to go off some medications I was taking…I don’t need them anymore! I also notice that when I go fitness walking, I have absolutely no stiffness like I used to, and I can walk much farther with no exertion at all. My fitness level is definitely far above what it was before, even when I was doing hours of step aerobics and other kinds of exercise. Now, all I do is Oxycise!, twice a day, and some walking, and I am in 1000% better shape than I was when doing all those other forms of exercise that took so much more time to do!
