“I started using Oxycise! when my daughter was 3 months old. I was 311 pounds when I gave birth to her, and I knew I needed to do something drastic if I wanted to enjoy being her mother in every way, and after giving up smoking the day I found out I was pregnant, I knew I could do this for her (and me, of course) as well.

“Trish Whinery here, one of your Level 1 Instructors. When I was first introduced to Oxycise! I was a size 18 going into a 20. I went down to a 14, now TODAY I am a true 10 and close to an 8, which was my high school weight.
“I still do Oxycise! and tell everyone this is 1 of the programs that work for me. I still look great and many keep complimenting me. By the way, I am now a Vegetarian, eating mostly 85% raw and 15% cooked vegetables and grains. Thanks for showing me back then that eating healthy was part of fitness.

“I’m a personal trainer and I’ve had such great results with oxycise! I basically don’t do regular cardio anymore because hours of running would always leave me only hungrier and very tired. I only do weight lifting and oxycise and I love the results! Oxycise energized me too so much, even though my 2 year old daughter isn’t the best sleeper and I often felt tired after a bad night of sleep, I’m now always energized and able to do so much in my day.

“Hello! My name is Tiffany. I am 30 years old, and a mother of two. After two very difficult and high risk pregnancies (the majority of them spent on bed rest), I was frustrated with my weight. I was not obese, but I was overweight, and did not feel good about my appearance. I grew up as a swimmer, and played water polo in high school. I have always had physically challenging jobs in the past which helped keep me fit, and I LOVE to be active, so not being able to exercise during my pregnancies was awful. I gained well over 50 pounds with each pregnancy. When I got pregnant with my second baby, I still had not lost 20 of the pounds I gained with my first. My second baby was 9 lbs 11 ounces at birth, and I had to have a c-section. The c-section caused me to lose a lot of strength in my stomach muscles.
