This is the only exercise program I have ever stuck with
“I injured my shoulder about 3 years ago. Several times…in the same spot. I fell and hit it several times. I could not raise my arm because it hurt so much and was very stiff. When I first began to Oxycise! I would have to lift my right arm with my other hand, if I was doing a position that required raising that arm. If I reached for anything in my cupboard I would have to put my left hand on my right elbow and help that arm down or I would drop whatever I was retrieving.
“After about two weeks of Oxycising, I could move my right arm up and down with no pain. This was no fluke and no coincidence. It was great to move my arm up and down after three years of not being able to do it. I have had no problems for a year now, since I have been Oxycising, but as I mentioned before, I was very surprised when it started stiffening up again and hurting after several days of no Oxycising. It only took 2 or three days for it to feel good again. I am almost 65 and have osteoarthritis. When my legs are sore or stiff and my back hurts I find that if I Oxycise! a little extra it really helps.

I lost my double chin the first week. I didn’t know you could do that!
“I am a young 60 years old. My name is Kate. I am 5 ft. 7 and started out at 240 lbs. I’m a college graduate with a masters in business management and hold a professional position in administration. Unfortunately, the latter means I sit in front of a computer a lot. In September my doctor told me I was on the cusp of Type 2 Diabetes (The type where your body is insulin resistant). Up until I turned 30 I weighed 153, but gained weight after my last pregnancy and found it impossible to lose it and keep it off. My blood pressure went up as did my cholesterol, but It didn’t particularly bother me. I’m healthy. I’m friendly and outgoing. People treat me well and I am able to do most of the activities I enjoy doing. When my weight started becoming a medical problem, however, I made up my mind to do something about it. My husband saw Oxycise! advertised in the paper and ordered it for me.
“The first thing I noticed – and the reason I got ‘hooked’ on Oxycise! – was the change in my face. I lost my double chin the first week. I didn’t know you could do that! They have been a life saver for me
I have chronic degenerative disc disease and use all of the sitting and floor (on my bed) exercises and they have been a life saver for me. I use the original book most and the charts that were included with the videos I got in 2001. (Chapter seven).
When I am not able to do the exercise I just do the breathing… which is especially helpful when I have vertigo and can only sit or lay flat.

Hi, I just wanted to say in 1996, after my Dad died, I suffered from bad anxiety attacks for 3 years on and off, my Dad died of bone cancer, in a quick five months he was gone, the images of his suffering affected me, I saw Jill s infomercial and heard Oxycise is good for anxiety and stress, so I ordered….. His sleep apnea is GREATLY IMPROVED!
I ordered the Oxycise! tapes for health improvement and weight loss. There is another benefit for which I am very grateful.
My husband had developed severe sleep apnea and was (reluctantly) prepared to attend a sleep clinic and obtain the breathing device most often used to alleviate this stressful & dangerous condition.
We believed just weight loss would help his problem, and it probably would. He hasn’t lost much weight, but his sleep apnea is GREATLY IMPROVED! I would like to share this information with all who have even mild sleep/breathing problems. These problems creep up on us gradually. I know for a fact that the person suffering from oxygen deprivation really does not know how severe their problem is (while sleeping holding their breath far longer than they can while awake and and then their body finally gasping for air — and this occurs over and over again through the sleep period — and then feeling tired during the day).
It takes personal effort, but the benefits are numerous and it requires no pills or machines. I must add, when we have traveled and not done the Oxycise! for a week or more the sleep problem returns on a very diminished level – so I plan to try to make an audio cassette recording of the exercise to use when away from home.

For the first time in over a decade, I am totally and utterly medication free.
Hi Jill, at last I managed to get around to sending you this e-mail. I started the Oxycise! program on June 7, and what I have achieved has been beyond my expectations.
I came across Oxycise! purely by accident, doing a search on the internet for something else and decided to give it a try. At that time my energy level was very low and I was suffering from prolonged depression, severe migraines and could not sleep well. I do have some weight to lose as well (roughly 25 lb), but that was not my primary objective.
Well to cut a long story short, for the first time in over a decade, I am totally and utterly medication free. I have not had any migraines for over two months. I used to get at least one very bad one every week and sometimes two, and constant nagging headaches. I have kissed my Prozac good bye and have not taken any sleeping pills during this period. I cannot begin to express how wonderful it feels to be free of all those endless pills and have so much energy. And anytime if I have problems sleeping I do the Torpedo exercises without the arm part and that takes away any residue stress I might have and soon I fall sleep. It is just incredible to wake up and feel fresh. I used to find it so depressing that I was tired all the time and even used to get up feeling tired!!!
I have a very busy lifestyle. I am 43 years old and have a full time job, plus my business, so really there is not much spare time, but I was amazed how easy it was to incorporate the deep breathing into my heavy work days. Even during some boring business meetings I very discreetly time my breathing and try to aim at 4 deep breaths per minute, but I must admit I won’t do the smiles, sniffs and puffs!!!
And by the way, I have also lost 5 inches from my waist, two inches from my hip and 2 inches from my thighs. The weight loss has not been spectacular, but I think 7 pounds is pretty respectable. All these in my view are added bonuses.
Oxycise! is going to be the permanent part of my lifestyle no matter if I lose any more weight or not. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for putting me in touch with my body. I have learned how to listen to my body and respond to its needs.
I have not followed everything you have suggested 100%; just adapted the ones which I would be comfortable with. I still eat meat, but far fewer times and only lean chicken, but red meat only once a month. You can use my letter in any shape or form you wish, my medical records speak for themselves.
