“I want to tell you about my results. I have worked really hard and have lost a lot of weight in the past few years, but I have been feeling really downhearted about my body, because no matter how well I ate, or how many vitamins I took, or how much I exercised, my skin was so loose, and my body shape just wasn’t satisfactory.

“I have been using Oxycise! along with BodyFlex that I bought and began using before I heard about Oxycise! I love both programs, and they compliment each other well for my schedule. I have lost a total of over 5 inches from my waist, upper abs, lower abs. and thighs in about 6 weeks. The toning is wonderful. I really did not have weight to lose, although I may have dropped a pound or two. I am 41, married and have 3 children. I want to be able to enjoy all of them for a long time. I was thin, but not necessarily totally fit. I have always been very active with sports, and such, but could not discipline myself to do the traditional aerobic exercises faithfully. “Haven’t written to you in a while, but I wanted to let you know how things are going with me and Oxycise! I am currently doing the workouts at least 3 to 4 times per day as well as using the commuter routine. I’m not trying to lose weight, however as I’ve mentioned to you before, I have dropped from a size 4 to a 2 as well as dropped 4% off my body fat (17% down to 13%). The great thing though is that my lung capacity is so much greater now that my runs are so much more enjoyable now.

“I still think it’s too good to be true, but the proof is in the pudding. My question is for you, how is this possible that I’ve gone down from a size 16 to a size 12, and I’m losing inches, yet the scale has only come down 6 pounds? (I’m not complaining at all, but my past experience has been that even with exercise, I had to lose 10 pounds before I went down a size). By the way, I was thinking,’OK, these are designer pants, and designers tend to cut larger because we American women don’t want to face the truth of how fat we really are.’ Well, I went to a department store and tried on clothes ( I need a new outfit for a party on Sunday) and across the board, I’m wearing size 12, albeit some of the items were a tad snug. Oh, how wonderful it is to shop again!”

Love, love, love this workout! I’ve been doing it on and off for the last 15 years and it is absolutely the best workout i have ever done. I lost 30 lbs years ago by doing this video everyday for about 4 months, it was amazing. It leaves you with a really fit toned body. Not only is it great for keeping a healthy body it is great for my anxiety and depression, as a long time sufferer of both it really clears the cob webs in my brain and gets me feeling rejuvenated and fresh. Anyway my VCR finally croaked and i was freaking out about how i was going to get do my Oxycise workout. Thankfully the Oxycise website let me order a download for a new and improved video with Aubrey Lee and she is just as fantastic as her mom Jill Johnson. Recently I gained 20lbs after quitting smoking last December and am looking forward to doing this workout on a regular basis!

Hi, I just wanted to say in 1996, after my Dad died, I suffered from bad anxiety attacks for 3 years on and off, my Dad died of bone cancer, in a quick five months he was gone, the images of his suffering affected me, I saw Jill s infomercial and heard Oxycise is good for anxiety and stress, so I ordered….. Level one VHS Tapes,It did WONDERS for my anxiety attacks, vertigo, and insomia…it ll be 18 year tommorrow December 30th….that my Dad passed away,,,, I still do Jills tape now transfered to a CD, about 3 to 4 times per week for stress, tiredness,and for ENERGY…..
