No monthly Chiropractor appointments anymore thanks to Oxycise and when I went for a quick tune up after 18 months (of Oxycising) he said my back is strong in all the right places and asked me what I’ve been doing. I told him about Oxycise. 🙂

YOU ARE WORTH 15 MINUTES OF “YOU” TIME PER DAY – WITH ONE DAY OF REST!
Oxycise is excellent for me physically (in so many ways) and emotionally & its so convenient. I have been oxycising for many years – and gone off for short periods at a time – life ends up too busy and I may end up missing a week or so – but I always get back on track as quick as I can because I miss how I feel and look when I am oxycising. I also have learned how long I can push it NOT oxycising! I have only experienced level 1 and recently finally decided to go to level 2. You feel and see the difference within 1 to 2 weeks once you get started – and then look out – if you keep with your routine – you will get WOW results. I don’t have back problems at all when I am oxycising. I decided to test how long I could go with NOT oxycising (after doing it for about 2 yrs on and off) and the longest period of time that I did NOT oxycise was for a 3 month period. WOW that’s how good oxycising is because its working from your CORE – from the inside out – your body just LOVES and CRAVES it once you get use to it! Within 3 months – my back pain started to come back – my body started to revert back to its out of shape look again too. Oh and another INCONVENIENCE – I experienced the return of what occurred when I sneezed – when you don’t strengthen your core (which is 100% what this exercise DOES do) a weak core caused me to RUSH to the washroom every time I sneezed. I can go on til I am blue in the face – but you have to make this choice for yourself and you need to give it a chance – do it at least for 3 months – I doubt you will turn back.
– SIMPLY PUT: It takes self LOVE to discipline yourself to PRESS the play button to OXYCISE your body and mind – 15 minutes a day – 6 days of the week!
Words can’t even express how awesome it is
I just wanted to rave about the difference that just one week of doing Oxycise has made in my chronic back pain. Words can’t even express how awesome it is to wake up in the morning feeling good for once, and not in excruciating pain. My pain is definitely lessening to the point that it’s barely noticeable. It used to tap me on the shoulder and scream into my ear every morning when I woke up! This alone is such a motivating factor for me, not to mention the extra boost of energy that I have throughout my day. Keep up the good work everybody! Yay us!
I am just so excited about the Oxycise! program

“I learned of Oxycise one night last summer when I was unable to sleep and was watching infomercials. I have tried many programs, diets, and exercises and have remained overweight most of my life. This sounded painless, low key and the people who had found success with it seemed so sincere.

“Been doing Oxycise! now for about 5 wks. and cannot believe how differently I’m carrying myself. With other types of exercise I would get very fatigued in my thoracic region & therefore tend to slouch. But with all the stretching I do with Oxycise! I honestly believe I have gotten an inch taller & with less fatigue in my upper back. Also, have really reshaped my body ( don’t know about lbs.–don’t weigh myself as it’s too deceiving) I just know I’ll keep on this program for the better posture & less upper back pain. 3rd Week Results – 48% of Goal reached!
“This week brings another loss of 3 inches for a grand total of 9 inches in 3 weeks!!!!!!!! The losses are as follows: chest (1.5); waist (1); hips (1.5); L thigh (1) R thigh (1); and lower abs (3). I do Level 1 and Level 2 back to back every evening, I have made no changes in my eating – I eat only when I am hungry and stop when I am no longer hungry. I think the key has been that I have been doing the exercises with GUSTO! Especially in squeezing the tush and sucking in the abs! Those are my trouble spots and I’ve lost more there than elsewhere. I also add my own variation to some exercises, like on the laying down pelvic tilt….I lift my buns off the floor and squeeze like there’s no tomorrow! Boy do I feel the burn! They have been a life saver for me
I have chronic degenerative disc disease and use all of the sitting and floor (on my bed) exercises and they have been a life saver for me. I use the original book most and the charts that were included with the videos I got in 2001. (Chapter seven).
When I am not able to do the exercise I just do the breathing… which is especially helpful when I have vertigo and can only sit or lay flat.

My pain levels go down dramatically
I have 2 broken vertebrae and osteoporosis. I had stopped doing Oxycise because I didn’t think I could do it, but with significant modifications, I’m back into it again.
My pain levels go down dramatically each time I do it. I’m doing about 20 reps at this point: I feel more resilient already. If I miss more than one day, I’m in trouble again. I have a long way to go and likely some surgery, but I’ll keep doing my O-breathing as much as I can.

FYI: I started using Oxycise way back when…Jill was always such an inspiration. I had cervical dystonia at the time and ran a support group for others afflicted with that disorder: I talked a lot about Oxycise to the group since I found the extra oxygen calmed the spasms in my neck quite a bit, and of course, was great for weight loss and reducing cravings. I have no idea if any of them ever followed up with it, but I kept it going for many years. At one point I had a business for energy healing and integrated wellness and sold a lot of Jill cd’s at that time. An old client of mine still does Oxycise from time to time.
I also have copd that was triggered by a severe bout with the flu: to this day, my respirologist scratches his head when he sees that my lung volume and lung function is normal despite the damage to my lungs. I do require medication, but the fact is, after 5 years, I’m better rather than worse. In part, I know Oxycise and my history with that aerobic breathing has stood me in good stead for coping well with this disease. I do a lot of other energy healing work, so they are like a healing cocktail– and my goodness, I sure do seem to need all the help I can get!
Long story, but thought you might be interested since I have this long history with Oxycise and that it has helped me with so many things.

I have done Oxycise off and on since the 90’s. Honestly, mostly off. Yet, this past year my thyroid went into the toilet, my gut flora went completely out of whack and I gained 20 lbs.
