I felt like I would never be comfortable with my body again
“Hello! My name is Tiffany. I am 30 years old, and a mother of two. After two very difficult and high risk pregnancies (the majority of them spent on bed rest), I was frustrated with my weight. I was not obese, but I was overweight, and did not feel good about my appearance. I grew up as a swimmer, and played water polo in high school. I have always had physically challenging jobs in the past which helped keep me fit, and I LOVE to be active, so not being able to exercise during my pregnancies was awful. I gained well over 50 pounds with each pregnancy. When I got pregnant with my second baby, I still had not lost 20 of the pounds I gained with my first. My second baby was 9 lbs 11 ounces at birth, and I had to have a c-section. The c-section caused me to lose a lot of strength in my stomach muscles. My tummy felt very stretched out, and I felt like I would never be comfortable with my body again.

Isn’t it fun??? I remember the first time I fit in a size 12. I tried on several 14’s and they were too big, so I started looking at the size 12 rack.
I kept thinking the the sales clerks were staring at me thinking, “What is that fat girl think she’s doing trying to fit in a size 12.”
I took 2 or 3 pairs of jeans into the dressing room, and they fit! I didn’t trust the size yet, so I literally tried on 25 pairs of jeans in size 12 before I admitted to myself that I was actually that size. It was amazing to me.

“I have been doing Oxycise! since the end of January this year, and did it faithfully 5 times per week until mid-May (at which point I fell off the wagon). I started consistently again November 1st. When I started with Oxycise!, the measurable results were very, very slow, yet I felt that I was making progress, as my legs were looking much smoother and the cellulite was definitely going away. I think it took until the beginning of March to see measurable results. But when I did, the results were dramatic, as though it all melted off in one day. “I found O! through QVC. Then I found this site. I ordered Jill’s book (and the commuter routine) and found it extremely helpful. I worked through the book at the pace Jill laid out (a few new positions each week) and was much more comfortable with everything! I have been O!ing since about March 8th (videos alone) and added the book info near the end of March.
“I’ve lost at least 8 pounds and my pants are so baggy it’s funny! I’m down 1 1/2 sizes (meaning the waist and hips are down about 2 sizes, but my baby belly is stubborn!). My cellulite is disappearing
